Consistently slow and awful service. Nobody inside to order. Mobile order ahead and you still wait over 20 minutes just to tell staff you are there. ABSOLUTELY no point in parking in the pick up stalls because nobody ever comes to bring your food. Waited over 25 minutes for a soda and tater tots and still never received them because I just left. Better to eat the $4-6 at that point than waste more time

They have signs for whacky Pak wed but they don't honor it. Thankfully the lady gave us an employee discount which took off a dollar though so that's why I can't give it 1 star at least she tried.

Sonic is Sonic. Food was good. Service was fast but unimpressive. We didn’t go inside as it was a quick stop on the way to the beach. It served its purpose, and filled our very empty bellies.

After sitting in line for way too long, I finally got to order my milkshake. I pull up to the window, hand over my debit card at which point, I'm told they are out of cherries and whipcream. REALLY?? I asked for my card back and left!!

This is the worst sonic ever. I don’t even go to sonic but my brother does so he is a good judge. Ordered with a coupon for a free milkshake and they still charged. I challenged it they asked rudely for the coupon, took it, closed the window. Reopened the window and handed my my food and no milkshake and quickly and swiftly shut the window. And stole my coupon! Jerks.

Food was straight trash the two times that I went. The first time, last week I let slide because it was during lunch and the area tends to be busy, line was super long. Yesterday 8/22 only car in the drive through got in and out. However, tots were soggy. when I picked them up they broke apart. Popcorn Chicken was burnt both times. Tasted like the grease had not been changed possibly resulting in everything being burnt. Waste of money since it went in the trash.
30 minutes for a Diet Dr Pepper and Pretzel. Please get more workers here, one lady working by herself! Come on now franchise owner!

I read many of the reviews, sorry for others experience but I can tell you that the Manager, and staff that served me today were the nicest, and most professional people I could have asked for. Was everything perfect, NO, but I can honestly say my heart goes out to this staff. They are understaffed, over worked, under paid and not appreciated. I want to send out my gratitude for keeping us fed. I ask that if the someone from the Sonic leadership team reads this, PLEASE recognize these fine people for their hard work. We went to this sonic because the one by our house is so terrible and low and behold, this one is worse! The guy taking our order had the hardest time taking the order. I swear he has an IQ of about 13. Then he gave us the wrong order (glad I checked before we pulled off), and the total was $28.xx, so I gave him $30 and he gave me back $6.xx as my change. Zero hope for these 2 locations. Hot garbage.
