Loved this tour so much, we did it again 2 yrs later when visiting Charleston

Nobody tells you about the $50 parking ticket you get afterwards. They don’t tell you where to park either. Waste of time and money.

This is a tradition for my family every time someone comes to visit my fiancé and I in Charleston. We love the food. We love being able to wander around the boat as we go along. It’s fun, it takes its time on a fantastic route through the harbor and the food is always great, specifically the she crab soup and the salmon!

While the fort was great, I was told this was ADA accessible but the access ramp included more than 10 steps. My husband had to carry his walker and struggle to get on the ferry. This was not a promising start. Next, the tour could not be heard at the back of the ferry. Disappointed.

It was my first time here, by mistake, lol. Tbh, I was going to a different location for a helicopter ride, and my GPS brought me here. When I got here, I was curious to see what was going on. I bought a ticket for the ferry cruise, and it was a little impressive 90 mins sail and hearing some history associated with this peninsula. Had the opportunity to sail underneath the Cooper bridge, and it was really amazing coming up close and personal to the structure.
One more thing, why should visitors pay a $5 parking fee?. Everyone coming here is for the adventure Pinnacle or Spiitline cruises are offering and to charge a parking fee for visitors, and you have to provide a safe environment and experiencefor both visitors and their properties(cars). I feel that's exaggeration, exploitation, and taking advantage of people who want to be part of this experience.
I will recommend you add the just add the parking fee to everyone's ticket at the time of purchase, because everyone that comes there is bringing business to you guys.

Did this one evening for my wife’s surprise birthday trip. Disappointed in this whole experience. The food was sub par, the tomato soup is warmed up marinara sauce. The shrimp and grits were pretty terrible.. nothing luxurious about this boat. The wallpaper is peeling off, carpets are dingy.. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! For the price there should have been better drink options (you are charged for any drink other than water) even thought when you book it says bar is not included.. nothing but water is included. Music was not great and the vibes are not it. Do not go if you are under the age of 60. When looking at other people’s faces sitting around us it was obvious we were not the only ones with the same opinion. Our waitress was great but that’s my only good comment for this.

Great views and friendly staff, but the nonstop talking from the tour guide was really annoying. He was nice and had a good voice and some great facts! But we didn't have a single, solitary moment of silence to enjoy the day or the views. It wasn't just history (like I thought we'd signed up for) either, the Hollywood gossip was obnoxious and really unnecessary and took away from the experience. I'm sure it's a requirement from the cruise line, rather than the tour guide's own decision, but please allow some silence rather than pointless talking. Please.

We enjoyed ourselves although the food lacked seasoning.

Boat could certainly use some TLC… smelly old carpet, moldy windows. The food made me really sick too. Some of our other group members food was ice cold shrimp and grits. Not worth the price point.

The view of the bridge all lit up in the evening on the boat was wonderful though.

I don’t post reviews often but this was worth it. We were fortunate enough to be seated next to the window. Service was 10 stars. We both chose braised short rib for our entree. That was delicious. This is a great idea for special occasions.

Taking the dinner cruise as a must when visiting. It was very enjoyable with a wonderful dinner and dessert. The sailing was smooth and the music was good.

Very well organized and a wonderful dinner. All 4 courses of the food were great. We didn’t order dessert but it looked delicious! The live music was so good we wished he had a recorded album to download. Our cruise was full, but they don’t overbook so we had plenty of room to move around and take in the sights from every area of the ship. It was lovely and highly recommended!

Denny was an excellent tour guide on our riverboat cruise . We did the 11:30 cruise. His ability to tell the history of Charleston while pointing out the points of interest was outstanding. Highly recommend this tour w Denny as your tour guide !!

We did the luxury dinner cruise, and it was a great experience. The food and the service were great. It was a hot day, so we enjoyed the entire cruise experience. The tickets are expensive but it's worth it.
