Took 25 minutes from the estimated time my mobile order would be ready to actually be ready. I blame this entirely on the management/scheduling staff - why schedule a single barista on a Saturday morning? She was doing her best but what can you do with 8 people waiting in line and 4 of us waiting for mobile orders. Disappointed in the management of this Starbucks.

The experience this morning was horrible. The batista making the drinks was not only was incapable of making a correct drink but also had an awful disposition. My sister's and I all ordered drinks, one of the three coffees were correct. When we complained she got extremely ugly with us including coming from behind the counter in a threatening manner and making a scene. I only gave one star to complete this review. The Harris Teeter staff were prompt and helpful to correct the issue.

We loved the reasonably priced, delicious beverages from Muddy Waters. I tried the bagel and my friend had a donut muffin - both were excellent!

Sweet barista actually interested in treating my kids like the little people they are. Saying hi and talking to them as she did me. She offered to share the tail end of my frappe with them in a sample cup. They felt so special!
