My drink was nothing but ice. My first sip was straight expresso. That drink was totally disgusting. The guy making it used too much ice for starters. Then added my one shot of expresso after he blended everything. I didn't even bother getting.mu money back. I handed the drink back and left. The one on folly by PetSmart is way better!! They know what they are doing.

The staff works hard and this isn’t their fault. This is a leadership failure. They are catastrophically understaffed and I commonly wait 30-40 mins for a drink here.

Took 25 minutes from the estimated time my mobile order would be ready to actually be ready. I blame this entirely on the management/scheduling staff - why schedule a single barista on a Saturday morning? She was doing her best but what can you do with 8 people waiting in line and 4 of us waiting for mobile orders. Disappointed in the management of this Starbucks.

The experience this morning was horrible. The batista making the drinks was not only was incapable of making a correct drink but also had an awful disposition. My sister's and I all ordered drinks, one of the three coffees were correct. When we complained she got extremely ugly with us including coming from behind the counter in a threatening manner and making a scene. I only gave one star to complete this review. The Harris Teeter staff were prompt and helpful to correct the issue.
