This location has the rudest baristas. Every time I decide to stop here, I’m always met with the most condescending and pretentious attitude. Is it too much to get some customer service when you pay an arm and a leg for coffee.

Very disappointed in the service today. Places an online order and still had to wait over 15 minutes for a grande jade citrus mint tea. After asking a few times about my order I was just told it was coming. Eventually I had to ask for a refund.. so I left empty handed. Sad thing is they didn’t seem to give the excellent customer service that they usually give.

Like to stop in on my way to work, usually fast & friendly. Today i had an employee walk out the kiosk while I was standing in line patiently while the other employee was fulfilling other orders.

This location always has friendly staff and is quick in processing your order. It isn't the easiest location to get in and out of, however, but I'm thankful for it since it's the closest to my work and home :)

Starbucks in Harris Teeter on Savannah Highway in West Ashley is a great place to stop and get a quick coffee and snack. I like being able to shop for groceries and get a coffee while I am shopping or one for the road to enjoy later. The drinks are always well prepared here and my order has been right every time. I like that there is a nice sitting area here and it is good to have a business meeting because there always seems to be an open seat regardless the time of day. This is a cool Starbucks.
The customer service was horrible. I just wanted to buy a mug, but when I asked if I could pay for it, the person working said she’d get to me after she finished what she was doing. I waited for a while (my husband checked out our groceries and came to wait with me). She was standing and waiting for the microwave to stop. Seriously?!? There was plenty of time to just ring up my purchase. Very lacking in manners and courtesy. She treated the person in front of me the same way. Needless to say, I left without purchasing the mug.

I had a great experience with Sara at 1:30 in the Harris Teeter Starbucks on 1/21/19. She put so much love into my Grande Shortbread Frappuccino that it just made my day. Thank you for making my day Sara 😉
