The staff here is amazing. This is one of the best Starbucks locations I’ve ever gone to. This location also does a good job taking care of its regular customers.

Put in my mobile order at 9:23 it’s been over 30 minutes and im still sitting here waiting on my drink. Longest I’ve ever waited for a Starbucks mobile order. GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH!!! it’s much faster Ive sat here and watched. Trust me!

I don’t know what was going on in there this morning, but I got food poisoning from my order. I’ve never experienced this with Starbucks and was highly upset. Couldn’t even defend because it was all I had in my system. Ruined Starbucks for me.

Did a mobile order and picked it up in the drive through. It was after dark when I picked up the drink and I didn’t really look at it, but when I got into a better lit area, I noticed all of this blackish stuff on top of the whipped cream and it smelled like cigarette ash. Glad I didn’t drink any of it before I noticed. I trashed the drink and reported it to customer service on the app and got refunded, but I definitely won’t be returning to this location.

I had mostly given up on Starbucks due to a number of factors, but this location is different. The staff are genuine and appear to work as a team. I had a wonderful experience again this morning. I am angry at myself for not getting the name of the gentleman that greeted me this morning, but you are a shining example of servant leadership. Thank you for the Venti bold roast with no room. Hopefully you guys get you internet back up and running.
UPDATE! I very much appreciate the team here but Starbucks cutting jobs is hurting them. I use the app and get an 8 min time estimate and it takes them 15-20 min. It’s not the employee’s fault, but it ends up reflecting poorly on them. Hire more workers and help the team be the best they can. They deserve better.

Stopped by this Starbucks on Sam Rittenberg for about 30 minutes in between meetings. The vibe was great for getting a little work done, but I was pretty disappointed when I asked to fill my Owala with water and was told I needed to purchase something first. I’ve never had that happen at a Starbucks before, so it felt a little off. Overall, decent spot but that part left a bad taste.

selling out of items by 12pm is just insane. regional management or corporate or whoever seriously needs to stop letting this store down by not giving the employees the supplies they need. like I just wanted to try the cherry chai but it's 12pm and it's already sold out. the lavender is too. same with the yogurt that I like. come on, this company makes billions of dollars a year and gave a new ceo millions of dollars for a bonus. they can afford to stock their stores properly for new seasonal items and just in general. what's crazy is this store isn't even that busy except in the morning, so how are they out of multiple things (new drinks, regular menu items, year round drinks) by 12pm? do better, and pay the employees more while you're at it 😘

The impeccable service, friendly faces, and kindness of the employees at this Starbucks is unmatched. Because a mid-morning coffee feels like winning the lottery for a parent of small children, we are there quite frequently, and my toddlers know and love the baristas like extended family. (Shout out to Ben and Catherine, two of my favorite people on the planet and a pair who have unquestioningly become an adopted uncle and aunt to my kids, as well as dear friends of mine.)
I love this Starbucks because of the people and it’s my “home Starbucks” because of the service…even though there’s another location way closer to my house.

Employee was straight up rude to me because I wanted a frozen refresher. I ordered online for it. They gave me a regular one I pointed it out and asked for it redone they rolled their eyes, threw it in the blender and gave it back. So it wasn’t frozen at all still. I had to come back, walk in, and say it still wasn’t frozen. They then remade it correctly. I also got a hot chocolate in my original order for my husband and he spit it out when he drank it. I tried it.. it was like warm chocolate water. It was disappointing the entire experience. I will never go back.
