When I I first walk up there was someone leaving instead of being greeted or asked for my order she decided to talk to someone behind me when she was finally done talking to her she then asked what I Wanted and then I had to repeat my order three different times and it’s not difficult at all! Very disrespectful! She then told the gentleman what my order was and it was still made wrong twice I didn’t ask for it to be remade a second time I just left.

This Starbucks is never staffed when I’m here. Today, I patiently waited almost 15 minutes and when I went to order a chai latte, they told me there was no chai and they wouldn’t have it for 3 more days. Maybe post a sign???? They didn’t offer any alternative or a coupon or anything. I’m done. To the 6 ppl in line behind me with one barista working, GOOD LUCK.

The person was nice. Due to staffing issues they’re overworked (what I’m hearing). The front area is a mess. If the front looks like this (with no customers) I can only imagine how the back area looks

BEN WAS AMAZING! my friend and i drove through and ordered a pink drink and a dragon fruit mango drink, along with some snacks! my friend funnily cut me off when i said i wanted a cake pop and completed the order. as soon as we pulled up to the window ben swung it open with the biggest smile and said “WHO SAID THEY WANTED A CAKE POP! let’s make it happen!” He was absolutely AMAZING, definitely needs to be recognized!

Waited 20 mins for my drink as it constantly got skipped over and multiple people behind me got Thier drinks first by the time I got mine it was cold tasted burnt and was nothing what I ordered. Came back up I had to wait another 10 minutes

They didn't have any food. They didn't have any ice. I got an iced latte but I just had to drink it somewhat cold because there was no ice. Food shelves were empty.
This Starbucks is NEVER properly stocked!! They run out of items like caramel every other week and they don’t carry products they advertise like the Impossible Breakfast sandwich. They also don’t scan the rewards card in your Starbucks app AND you can’t order ahead so there’s no way to gain any stars.

This is my favorite Starbucks , everyone is nice and surprisingly happy especially first thing in the morning . I’m not a regular costumer but when I need Starbucks this is where I go to . Always a long line but moves real quick .

Every time I've gone here, they are out of something (no large cups for a long time). This time, after ordering there was a machine problem so the barista was unable to make my drink. He offered a refund, in the form of a Target card (not the cash I paid). Thankfully, it's a Target card since I will never return to this location.
