Don’t bother showing up early in the morning when they say they’re open

I like the way this store is laid out but this is probably one of the slower ones around town when you go inside. And typically we are inside on this one. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Dude I’ve been coming here for years on and off and I have always had a great experience! I haven’t felt 100% for the past week and asked for a medicine ball (tea) and they didn’t have it. THEY MADE IT SO SIMILAR WITH WHAT THEY HAD. It’s 10/10 thank you guys so much. Above and beyond fr

I was in and out in no time. The customer service was second to none. I will be going back.

Spent almost 20 minutes just waiting for one person to move up in the line before I left. This has happened a few times now. This place is woefully understaffed with only 2 people working. I guess Starbucks can't afford to hire more people.
Just had a female worker be so short and rude to me when I just simply asked if they sold the syrup bottles. Could’ve been nicer about it

We stopped at this Starbucks during a long drive, and it ended up being such a good choice. Sometimes you just need a familiar place with good coffee and clean bathrooms—and this location really delivered on both.
The inside was tidy and welcoming, with plenty of space to sit for a few minutes and take a breather. Our drinks were made just right, and everything tasted fresh. You could tell the team behind the counter was working efficiently, but still taking the time to be friendly. It felt genuine—not rushed or robotic.
The restrooms were very clean, which we always appreciate when we’re traveling. It’s one of those little things that makes a big difference. We were able to stretch our legs, enjoy our drinks, and reset before getting back on the road.
All in all, a smooth and pleasant stop—exactly what we needed in the middle of a travel day.

Nice big starbucks. With semi comfy chairs. Good vibe.
Used drivethru on 4/27/25 at 10am and it took 30 mins to get to the window with less than 10 cars in line.

This store is always out of items and their card reader is always down. The manager clearly doesn’t know how to order inventory or keep the machines up and running.
Finally, five years from the start of COVID, this store has returned sugar, cream and ecological disposables to the customer counter. They also offer ceramic cups. They are now IMHO the best coffee shop in the Charleston area
i just had the most delicious and delectable strawberry acai lemonade refresher with NO berries of course. my barista even drew a sus among us on the cup. i have no words for how impeccable this drink was. i had goosebumps all down my arms and i started shaking out of excitement. i hope everyone is able to experience the joy and happiness i felt while indulging in this magnificent refresher.
16 min to heat up a pre made breakfast sandwich???
