I order a plain bagel with cream cheese. They hand me a very cold bagel so I requested it to be warmed. They tell me that their oven is broken. This bagel was very cold. There was no way I could eat it so I gave it back and simply said it would have been nice to have been told that the oven was not working when I ordered it. They told me that she probably told me and I just didn’t hear her. Not happy.

We were just in there,and the 2 young ladies working were amazing!!I believe their names were Kristen and Lulinda..My friends son is in surgery at Shawn Jenkins and the worker in the Starbucks inside the hospital was so very rude..They need to have more compassionate people working in a childrens hospitalThat's why we ended up at the one down the street..I'm glad we went there!!Keep up the great work ladies!!!!

Bought a venti drink today at this specific branch and gave me a grande instead. I told the barista about it and she was like “the only difference between grande and venti was the toppings” after that she carelessly pour my drink to the venti cup and added more whipped cream. Like really who does that? So you guys are literally scamming your customers. This is very unacceptable. I know we are all tired working but I don't think this is how you going to treat your customers.

I asked for up dose no one even heard , I asked questions on length of employment and if it was a corporate store to know of they'd had all the same training . I even mentioned the ones I go to has a machine with an up dose and watched it pushed I was told I want wasn't being given what I thought I was ...😤. I Said I've seen them order my drink up dose with those words I just never Heard a Starbucks that ain't got it. 🥴I won't go back to Starbucks as a whole.

They closed early. Got there at 5:25 p.m.and the doors were locked and everything was put up inside.
Iv been here a week. My son had head surgery. One thing about musc is everyone is awsome. Except the 2 women who work at Starbucks.. the lady literally locked her finger while she was making my drink. Then grabbed my lid and put it on my drink. I will never go here again. Watch them if you get something, they do not wash their hands and that was pure nasty!

Will not be using Starbucks again would rather drive 20 miles for a cup of coffee. Was in emergency room for 10 hrs with wife and when they opened the cafeteria I got a half a cup of coffee for $3:50. So not worth it. Glad they like to stick it to the ones in hospital.
