Iv been here a week. My son had head surgery. One thing about musc is everyone is awsome. Except the 2 women who work at Starbucks.. the lady literally locked her finger while she was making my drink. Then grabbed my lid and put it on my drink. I will never go here again. Watch them if you get something, they do not wash their hands and that was pure nasty!

Will not be using Starbucks again would rather drive 20 miles for a cup of coffee. Was in emergency room for 10 hrs with wife and when they opened the cafeteria I got a half a cup of coffee for $3:50. So not worth it. Glad they like to stick it to the ones in hospital.

One worker in particular is always pretty rude. I've been coming to this Starbucks for a few years and have noticed this worker giving other people problems too. But today I asked for a certain drink and she said they didn't have one of the ingredients to make it... yet I'm looking over the counter and see the ingredient she said they didn't have. I don't understand why it's so annoying for her to do her job. She acts like she doesn't want to work there.

I absolutely love Starbucks! The coffee is always fresh and they have a great variety of drinks to choose from. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is really cozy and comfortable. Currently obsessed with their Peppermint Mocha!

Worst starbucks coffee I've ever had! Tastes like there is no coffee in this latte. The milk was not whipped properly and instead of espresso shot there is just some dirt water added. So sad!

I'm an EMT here in Charleston & come to this Starbucks often- they make the drinks very well and staff are friendly. Writing this review because my partner and I ordered this morning and got a call and had to leave. We came back for our drinks 2 hours later and the staff remade them for us!! Very thankful for that. Have always had good experiences here.
Very rude and disrespectful staff, I am not here for vacation Im here because my daughter was transferred to MUSC and I’ve been here for almost a week. I come for a coffee almost everyday and they have not changed their attitude. It’s quite sad because this is an area where families come and it’s surrounded by hospitals. I literally saw a staff roll her eyes to an Indian Family who came to order, its just ridiculous.

Extremely rude staff and lots of attitude that doesn't match the cost of coffee that tastes different every time you place an order ( for same type of drink). Baristas are laughing between themselves, chit-chat and don't even bother to be courteous and pleasant.
