Coffee treat!!! Always delicious
I had a mobile order, and went through the drive thru to pick it up. i stretched my whole arm out the window when the lady handing me my food goes “i’m going to need some help, i'm 8 months pregnant” in a rude tone….basically saying that i’m going to have to stretch my arm out even more than i’m able (which i did, even though it physically hurt me to do being that I was 30 weeks pregnant myself!! she didn’t even make an effort to meet me with what i ordered. i would recommend they place her in another position in the store where she can perform her duty without straining herself, so she’s not projecting on other people who are ALSO pregnant. I usually come to this starbucks, but that was very rude and uncalled for that I don’t know if I want to go back if i’m going to be treated that way.
I really don’t get what so hard to get an order straight. Like it’s simple. You even have a recipe book!
Good food but the pregnant lady in the window instead of being understanding I accidentally pulled to far from the window she said I’m 8 months pregnant very rudely like I’m supposed to know your pregnant and scoffed at me and was very rude!
This place has gone way down hill. Absolutely rude employees with no customer service skills. Literally had one roll her eyes at me when I asked for a straw. Do better, y’all.

Ordered at 1:34, marked my order completed and at the pickup order by 1:43. Didn’t get my actual order until 1:56 only because I had to ask for it. It was literally just a brewed tea and banana bread. Then when I asked about my order, asked me if I picked up my food, I said I picked up nothing because I didn’t receive nothing. Once my order was created, no apology, no nothing. People that arrived after me were served first. I understand places get busy but there was a dead moment during services and I still didn’t get asked what I was waiting on. I received no apology, no nothing, my food was just slid across the counter to me with attitude.
Fairly typical Starbucks, with the exception of the fact that this one is much bigger inside than most these days.

I live 10-15 minutes from this location.
I order before I get in the car to leave.
My order is NEVER (no exaggeration) ready when I get there.

I have been having problems with this location several weeks in a row where I have to have them add the whipped cream and caramel drizzle that I paid for added to my drink before I leave and Today was by FAR the worst ever! I understand Red Cup Day is crazy and that's fine. I placed my order at 8:06am and the app said it would be ready at 8:52am. No problem, crazy day so I can wait an hour. I heard them say they were running behind so I waited until 9:16am to ask about my drinks. The girl making the drinks said they were an hour behind & I told her I had already been waiting for over an hour but I sat back down. Once 9:36am hit, I went back up to the counter and asked again. The girl got an attitude and told me I could get a refund or I could wait. I told her I have already been waiting for 1.5 hours and if the store can't handle the orders then they should turn off mobile ordering for a bit so they can catch up. Also the amount of people I watched walk in the door and touch all the drinks on the lids to find their name was ridiculous! That is extremely nasty!! The store should have prepared by having an extra employee to stand there and help people find their drinks. I wonder how many people get sick because of this and for now on if my drink is sitting on the counter when I walk in, I will request a new lid. Finally the girl gives me my drinks, which have no label on them to know which one is which. Once in my car, I opened 1 of the drinks to find that there is no whipped cream on it and a little over half full. The other drink was the same. For the price we pay for the drinks this is unacceptable. This location is going down hill.

Unbearably hot inside, said they don’t have access to the temperature control. The table tops were hot to the touch. Felt over heated from just waiting for my order. Must be a very dangerous work environment for the staff (and vulnerable customers). This is not the first time I’ve experienced this problem at this location.
Super great staff! My drink is always prefect! Lots of tables and chairs. Great spot to meet up and have a yummy coffee with someone!
Parking: Parking can be somewhat difficult; I recommend parking behind the building. There is door that you can use at the back to get into Starbucks.

I go every morning they know my order, very friendly, caramel machiatto 7 shots espresso, extra caramel drizzle 2 cheese danishes warmed up
