Was excited to order my birthday drink (which I ordered ahead around 7pm), but the associate seemed to have shut down business as the lights were turned off and I didn’t even see her when I approached. She’d made “a” drink, but it was absolutely horrible and I’m pretty sure she just gave me whatever was left because she didn’t want to make anything new. There was even something slimy in it?! 🤮 What a disappointment.

Staff seemed to have a terrible attitude. Went there yesterday and a female employee was seemingly talking crazy things to herself and the other employee who helped us just did not seem like he wanted to be there.

The lady was rdy to go home texting and distracted.. looked unhappy .. not fun at all . And sure you don't need to be a happy person when making a coffee but. Don't be the opposite .. just be nice .. this was not. No where to sit or wait .. 4 feet from lettuce .. this place was not directed well as far to known where inside was . . Enter go right to the veggie section. .. pass customer service .. bad rating are based on the person that was on front .

Arran was the absolute sweetest person to grace my Friday while I was looking around for snacks. The girls who get it GET IT.Gingerbread oatmilk chai looking like a festive little piece of art. AND one of the best tasting drinks I've had at starbucks. I really only stop in when I have a gift card, and sometimes the drinks come out mid. It's hit or miss, but this was a HIT.As far as being in Harris Teeter's, there is not cafe seating nor is there an oven for warm foods. But it's a convenient stop for a caffeine fix while grocery shopping.

Vegetarian options: Some of the sandwhiches and wraps are vegetarian as well as other things.
Parking: There are a lot of spots to park in. This is a big parking lot for a small area like Charleston.
Kid-friendliness: Kids I have observed love Frappuccinos or anything that looks like a milkshake, as well as cake pops. This is a good place for them to get sweets.
Wheelchair accessibility: Harris Teeter has a board walk as the main walk to the store. It is definitely wheelchair accessible.
