I have been coming to this Starbucks for the past three years, and it has been great. However as one July of 2024 it has gone DOWN HILL! Every time I go in the drink is wrong, and take 15 mins when there is only 1 other person in the store. I don’t know what has happened in this last month but it needs to be fixed.

It seems there is an all new staff there and WOW it has made all the difference! I can hear myself think now and my drink didn’t take 20 minutes to get to me. This will be my go to Starbucks from now!!

As this Starbucks is on The Citadel campus, it's always busy with cadets. Great staff.
Parking: Very limited parking as campus is always busy. Employees pay to park.

☕ very disappointed & disgruntled employees not willing to serve hot cocoa because they close "shortly". After convincing them to prepare 7 cups we were rushed and told to wrap cause they are closed! Merry Christmas, to you too. ?

They charge you for milk upgrade even when you ask for regular milk. I called them out on it and they admit they put it on every drink regardless.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a nice ramp leading into a nice patio..before entering Starbucks..also tables and chairs on outdoor patio.. very nice ..?✋????

Clean, nice, and fast service. Nice and plentiful outdoor seating as well as indoor. In case you are unaware this is on the Citadel Campus.
