Refused to make a Caramel Frappuccino without coffee in it. I cannot have coffee due to a couple heart conditions. I’ve been getting this drink for years without coffee. I did clarify that it was not a “pre mixed” drink, so they could’ve easily made it for me without the caffeine, and just charged me for the normal drink.
I wonder if this is also how they handle food allergies.

Very busy location, lots of folks in and out, but the service was great. Was greeted as I walked in the door. My order was taken very quickly, and my order was prepared in a reasonable amount of time. Only ordered drinks, so I can't remark about the food. Street parking is available, but depending on the time of day may be scarce. There is a parking garage next door though. I would recommend this location but be prepared for parking issues.

Closed at 2pm on a Saturday? Your business is built into a hospital, Y'all should be open 7 days a week. For what it's worth, the staff here are great but management needs to rethink these hours.
