They all stood around acting like they were scared to take my order. The manager said we can take your order mam. I was not I pressed . But the manager did his best to make me feel welcome

Smaller , very quaint and peaceful beautiful location and outdoor patio which nice unfortunately it is not open all the time but when it is they make amazing drinks and also very nice Starbucks .

Your workers were sooo helpful. Two sweet gals came out to help me bc I couldn't find your location. Maps said we were "here" but there was no sign on the street. Great folks inside too.

I was there on a business trip recently and walked in to this Star Bucks place with my colleagues. First when we walked into the places we were in shock to see such a unkept store the main entrance door was nasty like it was never wiped down ever then the floor and sitting area was so dirty never mopped or wiped down . We saw a sock on the floor laying all dirty like it was there for days , the employees who work there don’t care when customers walk in . They have so much of attitude not to miss out on the Manager’s behavior with us was so unprofessional and rude . We hardly had a couple drinks nothing fancy and had to wait for 30 mins. We were the only ones in line then got busy . Not one employee turned to us and said we will be right with you as our order was taking forever . When the manager started to help them . She had the rudest behavior towards us and she had a lot of attitude.When we asked her how long it was going to take she replied back to us in a very unprofessional and rude tone.Seems like she hates working with people and also hates her job that’s the impression we got of her .I work with customers and go above and beyond to take care of my customers as each customer is my paycheck .I hope the district manager will take steps to correct the insult and disrespect we were put through at this store .I have been to hundreds of Star Bucks and have never encountered such treatment .Very disappointed!!!!!!!

I’ve been there multiple times and waited 20-30 minutes for my drink when here was barely a line and many workers half who are not even doing anything. Yesterday I asked for a brown sugar shaken espresso and there was no brown sugar syrup in it, just espresso and milk. Today I got a refresher and it was entirely coconut milk and tasted awful I had to throw it out. Never going here again.

I've gone here many times for a coffee break, and all the staff are very friendly and welcoming! They're also very efficient when it comes to taking and making orders. Definitely recommend this Starbucks location! Just wish they could spell my name right...

Its next to the college library so if you have to pee (or kids) they make you sign in just to use it. Starbucks itself does not have a restroom. There were 3 people and it still was a little slow.

Always soooooo slow, and often get the order wrong in some way. It isn’t even worth telling them, because it will probably take an eternity to get a replacement. I only go here when I don’t have time or energy to walk to a better coffee shop. On the plus side, there is lots of seating in and out which makes for a comfortable experience.

Every time I go here, I often have to explain how to make a drink or what goes into a drink, otherwise they make it wrong. Just today I ordered a venti java chip Frappuccino and it is just an espresso Frappuccino. Most of the workers are not focused and just chat with each other. It takes at least 10 minutes to get my drink, even when it is a simple latte. Please do better.
