Would loved to have ordered but was on hold for 11 minutes as "first in line" till I finally hung up. Web site would not take orders on line. Tried grubhub and uber eats with no ordering capability.
Some of the best food we've had in town. Great bbq, great sides. Highly recommend.
5 stars for the amazing bartender Antwan. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and had reservations at a rooftop bar so we popped in to Sticky Fingers downtown for a drink or two since we had time. I’m so glad we did because it was a great experience at the bar. It’s a small little bar but we happened to snag 2 seats. Antwan’s personality and service was exceptional and he made our night!
Food was okay. I’ve seen people rave about this place but if you want to be able to eat everything on your plate then I would pick somewhere else. Service and place was fine. Won’t be back :(
Great Bbq restaurant on Meeting St. Close to King St shops and the City Market. Fantastic attentive servers. Great menu and delicious food. No wait to be seated. Bathroom could’ve used a good clean though.
We visited the location downtown Charleston, SC located at 235 Meeting Street, Charleston, SC. This was the worst service we have ever had at Sticky Fingers. The waitress BeBe V was completely inattentive. We had to physically track her down for every single thing we needed. We was never offered refills of our drinks. Our appetizer finally came 30 minutes after we received our food. The order was completely wrong. We had to ask twice for silverware. Our salads were finally brought about 22 minutes after ordering with our meal. We asked for a manager and of course he never came so we had to walk around the dining room looking for him. He finally showed up and seemed completely uninterested in our complaints. He ended up finally bringing out the appetizer that we initially ordered and the grilled chicken that was missing from my meal. The manager came back and offered us 50% off of our check. This is ridiculous. I wouldn’t have been upset if they would have just communicated with us. Our waitress was more interested in standing at the front talking with her friends instead of taking care of her tables. I grade this establishment with a BIG F-The food was awesome though. The cooks did a great job.Another waiter Chris who was taking care of a table near us came to us and offered to help us. He brought us refills and offered to handle our check. Our waitress finally then showed up and to be honest, at that point I was done with her. A 2 hour ordeal! Ridiculous! Sincerely, A very frustrated customerVictoria
My family has loved to eat at Sticky Fingers for years. While many of their locations have closed, we found all the yumminess that we expected at this location. We had both pulled pork and ribs. The collards were EXCELLENT!
Always delicious and great service. You will not be disappointed! Everything on their menu is very good and their Sticky Fingers line of sauces is wonderful!
I went here for Mother’s Day and ordered a lot of food. While I waited on my change, the sever gave me a cup of water to go. I asked for more BBQ sauce and the guy gave me a whole unopened bottle!! I believe their names were Rob and Steve. They were super nice and even told me to tell my mom Happy Mother’s Day. Small gestures made a big deal on that day. Thank you!
I've had the pleasure of eating at every sticky fingers from mt pleasant to the one in Tennessee even the one that was at Hilton Head and by far the worst service I've ever received was here in downtown Charleston from receiving my appetizer when when we had finished our meal to not even being served what I ordered. We got more help from another waiter than we did our own. But the manager gave us a verbal apology so I guess that was suppose to make it alright. Never plan on darkening the doors of this one ever again!

Got the brisket cheeseburger with pork and the peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream. Pulled pork with collard greens and Mac and cheese. It was delicious worth every penny. And the service was outstanding. Will most definitely be going again.
My husband and I went to the take out window today to order some appetizers. From the first greeting Steven was extremely pleasant and helpful. We were very satisfied customers and will be back for sure. Also the food was delicious.
Skip the ribs and order the roast chicken. The ribs were seasoned beautifully (no sauce needed! that dry rub is great.) but were so dry and hard to eat. The chicken, however, is like the best rotisserie chicken you could have.
Thanks so much, Precious89. We're proud of our Memphis roots, but we have created our own little handle here in the Carolinas that we think fits in perfectly. We really appreciate you stopping in and hope to see you again soon!
I saw online you could get a free pork sandwich for your birthday. I called the downtown CHS location, and the female I spoke to confirmed this, and noted you needed to "dine in." A couple hours later, I arrived and ordered a couple things off the happy hour menu. When I disclosed to the waiter my goal to get a pork sandwich because it was my birthday, he checked with the manager and informed me the birthday deal was for a free dessert. I asked him to inform the manager someone on the phone (not to mention the internet) had told me otherwise. Still no free pork sandwich. Do not go there on your birthday expecting a sandwich!
