Walked in as they were closing up for the night. The manager on duty was beyond helpful, and even though they had closed down went out of his way to make me a sandwich! Amazing customer service, even when I told him that he didn’t have to do that if they had already closed.

I came to eat here and the service from the person who attended me was very rude. They even gave me dirty looks. I don’t know what happened, but they treated me very badly. On top of that, they gave me a very old piece of bread. It was a very unpleasant experience.

If I could give them a 0 I would. The employee said they took coupons upon ordering so I got two (buy one get one) and then the owner upon checking me out told me the total and I said ok and don’t forget the coupon. I was told then “we don’t take coupons”. Pure scamming at its finest. I tried calling to be refunded and no call back or anything. Will never go to this subway again.

I would never come back here to expensive i spent 21 dollars on a sub that includes cold cut ham and pepperoni thats ridiculous. I will never support or never in life come back.

Awful service by the woman working around lunch time. Asked for a full sub, she started making a 6 inch and when I corrected her she snapped at me for apparently changing my mind. I said I ordered a full and she goes “I know what I heard.” Clearly you don’t and regardless thats not how you communicate with customers. Also snapped at her co worker for leaving a cup out. Will not be going back to this location.

The lady was on the phone the entire time. She basically didn’t have time for us. She was foreign and continued her conversation on speaker phone the entire time and did not show any interest in taking our order or waiting on us. Plus she told us there was no 6 inch flatbread which we have gotten all over the

The worst subway I’ve ever entered, the attention is terrible, they serve you in a bad way, they spend it talking by video call and they don’t pay attention to the order, I never recommend this place, I wouldn’t go back

Placed online order for one sub and one wrap. Picked it up and noticed both were subs. I told employee the sandwich was wrong. She just looked at me and said she didn’t have wraps. She substituted her choice of bread. Why do we provide contact info for order issues if no one uses it? Both subs were also missing multiple items requested. Terrible customer service and didn’t get what was ordered. Also paid premium price…no discount codes allowed. Won’t be back.
