I would never come back here to expensive i spent 21 dollars on a sub that includes cold cut ham and pepperoni thats ridiculous. I will never support or never in life come back.

Awful service by the woman working around lunch time. Asked for a full sub, she started making a 6 inch and when I corrected her she snapped at me for apparently changing my mind. I said I ordered a full and she goes “I know what I heard.” Clearly you don’t and regardless thats not how you communicate with customers. Also snapped at her co worker for leaving a cup out. Will not be going back to this location.

She was foreign and continued her conversation on speaker phone the entire time and did not show any interest in taking our order or waiting on us. The worst subway I’ve ever entered, the attention is terrible, they serve you in a bad way, they spend it talking by video call and they don’t pay attention to the order, I never recommend this place, I wouldn’t go back

Placed online order for one sub and one wrap. Picked it up and noticed both were subs. I told employee the sandwich was wrong. She just looked at me and said she didn’t have wraps. She substituted her choice of bread. Why do we provide contact info for order issues if no one uses it? Both subs were also missing multiple items requested. Terrible customer service and didn’t get what was ordered. Also paid premium price…no discount codes allowed. Won’t be back.

Placed order through DoorDash for pick up. Arrive ten minutes later to hear “someone picked up your order.” When I explain they must have given it away they state “that’s between you and door dash.” What??? No that’s between you and who ever you just gave my food to, give me my food!!! Refused a refund or to just remake and make the situation right. Had to contact DoorDash who had to contact them and will be investigating. They refuse to simply ask for names for pick up and will hand anyone anything so if your hungry walk in there and say you are there to pick up and they’ll give you something. No apologies and so rude. Dirty too.

Went to this location on lunch break. The employee was putting lip gloss on her lips when I walked in. She saw me and came from the break area behind the counter. I was waiting for her to ask me what I wanted. Instead she began making online orders that apparently been was supposed to be made. I asked her if she was going to make online orders before serving me. She said yes. I walked out because she was very unprofessional. She was doing absolutely NO work prior to me walking in and she chose to work on food that was being picked up vs helping the customer that was standing in front of her. Very poor customer service!
I wouldn't go back something just not what it was the atmosphere change the management
