If I had the choice I would give them 0 stars we ordered online to get them in advanced and we got there and took them 30 more mins doesn’t make since saw they treated customers bad harsh voice
Terrible service. Rude staff. A staff member with a baby yelling obscenities. Ordered 4 sandwiches. Not ready 30 minutes later. Staff in the back refuse to help only staff member up front. Don’t go there.

Walked into order at 7:42pm, before I could even approach the line to order an employee says to me and another customer “we’re closed.” It’s 7:42pm it says you close at 10pm.

The owner and manger will not pay you. It doesn't matter if it's a minute or over 50 hours... The owner, management, dm's, etc, obviously don't care that times are hard and the rate of pay is past the the times. Checks don't come and checks won't cash. But the money goes somewhere.. ???? It's easy to kick the employees but when they do well and they can't get paid, then homeless there's a problem. Have fun in your wonderful house while some stay out in the dirt..
Apparently you can only get 6 pieces of topping on your sandwich. So you a pickle lover or like any normal person and want MORE THAN 6 PIECES?!!! Don’t think about it, even though you’re literally paying for the sandwich to be made how you want. Then tries to lie and say that it’s a corporate rule when the Subway on Sam Ritten isn’t penny pinching with the toppings. Then offered to give me extra after she argued with me and I made her look crazy about the “6 a piece” rule.

Ok i know that some people have a BAD day. This employee who was working on 9/16/24 @ 1300 is a complete disgrace the way he talks to customers. This is the 3rd time i have been to this establishment and based on this individual myself and all my employees will be traveling further down Savannah Hwy for our sandwiches. This employee does not listen and continuously keeps putting whatever he wants. He needs to go!!!

I ordered a sub last night, toasted, and he did not toast it open faced but instead completed so only the top of the outside of the bread was hard and crunchy. While I was waiting at the counter I noticed an open beverage on the counter beside food scraps, and what looked like a very moldy piece of tomato buried in the container at the assembling station. I’m disgusted. My food was incredibly disappointing.

Service is terrible. Waited over an hour for an online order, 2 sandwiches. Then get the wrong order. No apologies, just attitude from the nasty white lady working there. These people know me, I work in the shopping center and order frequently. I’m not just another face, yet they still gave my order to the wrong person and refused to acknowledge it or do anything about it. Thanks for leaving me hungry at work all night. Thanks for nothing but a waste of time tonight.

Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered online 2 hours in advance, and not only was the order not ready but there were 10 people in line with one worker. I called the store to cancel the order and was hung up on. I understand you’re understaffed and busy, but the store could have cancelled the order before I got there and certainly should not have hung up on me. I will be disputing the charge with my bank.

Visited this location today for lunch, employee were very kind despite internet being down and not being able to process card transactions. I went next door to possibly get cash, ATM was down, and no cash back. A very sweet manager, Ms. Shay, gave me my sub for free. Sub was delicious, and a blessing from the staff to be so generous. Thank you!
