Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered online 2 hours in advance, and not only was the order not ready but there were 10 people in line with one worker. I called the store to cancel the order and was hung up on. I understand you’re understaffed and busy, but the store could have cancelled the order before I got there and certainly should not have hung up on me. I will be disputing the charge with my bank.

Visited this location today for lunch, employee were very kind despite internet being down and not being able to process card transactions. I went next door to possibly get cash, ATM was down, and no cash back. A very sweet manager, Ms. Shay, gave me my sub for free. Sub was delicious, and a blessing from the staff to be so generous. Thank you!

If I could leave no stars, I would leave no stars for the experienc I just had walking into this subway. Walked in none of the chips are stocked, the place was a mess is where I’ll start—- tried to talk to the one person at the counter, whose name was Tawanna… didn’t acknowledge us, while we were standing there which was a few minutes I asked her if there was someone who could help us—- and then told us the lady that’s in the bathroom would be helping us, and then went back to ignoring us. Lady that comes out of the bathroom doesn’t wash her hands and is looking right at us and goes straight to chatting to the other employee about a personal matter right in front of us. Then goes right back to the back. As we were pulling away, these two are laughing because we left. I’m not sure what kind of business you guys run but if this was a location that I owned, I would not be pleased with the way employees just handled customers. You’re in a town where people have plenty of choices. I run a large construction company and understand finding good employees can be tough, but come on that was out of control how we just got handled and I take it with a grain of salt when people aren’t the sharpest, but that was blatant disrespect we just received.

Just left this subway where we were never helped. We walked into this subway as the only customers, I said hello to the lady named Tawanna behind the counter. She did not respond but continued to look at us without acknowledging us or helping us. We stood there for a very awkward 2 minutes before I politely asked if anyone was going to be helping us. She responded by saying “ the lady who will help you is in the bathroom”. Another minute went by and a woman emerged from the restroom only to see us standing there needing to be helped, but stood on the customer side of the counter yelling about a personal life issue with Tawanna. We eventually just left because we weren’t being helped. All of the veggies looked on the verge of rotting anyways.I have been a business owner myself and I would never allow this kind of behavior from my employees. This behavior has guaranteed the loss of two potential customers from ever returning.

Came in ten or so minutes before close (9:00), and was greeted by three people huddled by the register. Two of which were very rudely waving their finger at me like I was unwelcomed to come in. I asked to be served and was told "we close in 5 minutes". Instead of getting into an argument I left, but before I pulled out some girl who obviously didn't work there was welcomed in and proceeded to station up like she was waiting on someone, while the other three, still huddled up by the register started smoking or vaping behind the counter. Extremely unprofessional and rude behavior. I hope their GM sees this and fires the employees working the night of 9/22/23

This restaurant closed at 8:49pm and when I walked in at that time everything was put up and I try to order something but she said they were closed and I told her you are closing before 9:00pm I told her that false advertising and I will report it.
