Friendly people, HUGE portions, and classic breakfast dishes can be found at Sunflower Cafe. My boyfriend and I each got our own entrees but couldn't resist ordering churro pancakes on the side. We were overwhelmed (in a good way) by how much food came out! Overall, you can expect to be full for a very reasonable price!

Food was just average. Could be elevated. They were too structured not allowing any kind of change.

Sprint, don’t saunter to these eclectic breakfast tables where you’re treated like family by family. From diverse omelets, benedicts, and pancakes to the special cinnamon roll pancakes, you’ll relish letting the beach activities remove all but the delicious memories of being well fed and welcomed. But don’t delay, the feast is only available til 2pm.

We love this place and have been here several times so I give it 5 stars!! Most importantly the staff is soo nice. We usually go for breakfast but this time my fiancé got "the best sandwich in Charleston" for lunch. It's a steak sandwich and it was soo delicious I will order it for myself next time. I love their breakfast, this time I got the ham Benedict. Everything was good but my hollandaise was off, really runny and buttery. I still ate it because it was still good! They're pancakes are great and most of the time I go for the specials of the day!

Everything is delicious. My husband and I loved everything we got. The grits is fantastic. It is very tasty and not runny. The beignets are awesome as well. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Sweet and salty. The eggs are done perfectly and the sausage got a good flavor. We will be back

Wanted to get breakfast on my last day in Charleston and I saw this place and decided to go. It's family owned and I love supporting local businesses and I was so happy because it's such a cute place, very bright, open and airy with good food. The server was attentive and friendly offering refills even without being asked. If you are looking for a good local place for breakfast or lunch I recommend the Sunflower Cafe

Located in the suburbs is this cozy restaurant- serving family style food. The ambiance makes you feel settled right away. Staffs are very friendly. The food tasted so good- Benedicts with sausage was the best breakfast I had in a while. I am so glad, we made a detour to stop by this amazing restaurant- on our way from Charleston to Hilton Head.

Such a pleasant looking cafe with friendly hosts and waitresses! I enjoyed my time here recently with my boyfriend who is usually not a fan of Southern food, though he said this was his favorite spot during our trip. We ordered the Filet Mignon and Boursin Omelette as well as the Fried Green Tomatoes and Crab Benedict. Both were spectacular! Also want to mention that the food came out in record time and coffee and biscuits were delicious too! Would definitely return it back in SC!

Eggs Benedict was delicious! The service was amazing and it's a total mom-n-pop joint with great a atmosphere. Definitely a good stop. Bonus for the hilarious coffee cups ?

The environment is clean. The atmosphere is warm. The staff appeared friendly. My food was hot however my friend Breakfast potatoes were cold. The server took the potatoes and returned them. The potatoes in the middle and bottom was still cold. As we was sitting at the table, we felt rushed because the server said at least 5 times that we can pay. We left the inside and was talking in the parking lot, the server wave at a family of 9 into the restaurant. I would appreciate the server just telling me that they needed the table instead of me feeling rushed. I am still processing to decide if I would return to try again.

Best breakfast in West Ashley. Huge portions that come out hot. Food tastes so good. If you get there early on the weekends the wait isn't bad either.

Exceptional customer service and the food was so good. We stopped by on the way home to Charlotte NC and so glad we did. I left my purse there the food was so good and the owner was so gracious to mail my belongings. Good people and good food.
