Love the drinks here, especially the Peach Smoothie with protein. Customer Service is always amazing. Can't wait to learn more about all they have to offer. I'm the mail carrier on this route and this is my "Go-To" healthy lunch option. The shakes are very filling!!!
Jen, the owner, is fantastic. She is very personable. We have developed a good friendship. The shakes are delicious and filling. There is so many to choose from. There is also a great selection of different tea flavors.

This is my feel good place. Just walking in the door makes me feel better. Jen is so friendly & welcoming. So much positivity. I love it.The protein shakes are delicious and filling. I’m a fan. The mega tea, try it if you want a little extra pep. The caramel explosion coffee, oh so good.One of my faves. And I can’t forget the espresso fat burner, yummy.

I went here on whim after my mouth was totally numb from the dentist and found one of the coolest spots in all of Charleston. I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie as a meal replacement and it was awesome.Even better was just hanging out and chatting with Jenny. She's one of the coolest and realest business owners I've met. I'll be back for sure! Come for the smoothie, stay for the great conversation.
