If the workers would spend more time working and less time on the phone throwing gang signs in the back maybe people could get food in a timely manner. I got my money back bc after waiting 20 min for 3 soft tacos it was all cold. Also one of the women working here was vaping while handling peoples orders.

Do not eat at this Taco Bell. You will get sick and they will not give you what you ordered. If you happen to receive something similar to what you ordered it will be burnt and have no sauce. Needs to be shut down immediately. Also they have “no drinks available”.

This was One of the worst Taco Bell’s I’ve ever been to. I ordered though the app and had it delivered and the delivery guy told me they had no drinks my food was cold poorly prepared and poorly packaged missing several items I try to call them to figure out what was going on and it went straight to voicemail. I recommend you DO NOT GO TO THIS TACO BELL AT ALL!!! IT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN IT IS POORLY MANGED
If you are not familiar it is a hard place to get in and out of when you're going to and from hospital they didn't have baked chicken they don't even sell it the staff wasn't that friendly.

This was the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. They could not get my order correct, ran out of what they charged me for and could not get a refund, and waited forever! The cashier acted completely intoxicated, and the manager was rude. Do NOT waste your time going to this location. Very disappointed 😞

Idk how to get a refund but the order was dangerously wrong. It was not busy upon my visit and yet it was a 30min wait to even get someone to come to the window after ordering at the speaker box. I’ve never had this issue but I ordered a BLACKBEAN crunch wrap and it was all beef. I wanted to throw up, I don’t eat meat and haven’t in over 10 years. I could’ve gotten very sick if I didn’t check. I also got a blackbean cheesy burrito and it was not only the smallest I’ve ever seen but it had NO beans. Thankfully there was no meat but it was legit all sticky rice I almost choked. The only thing correct was the fries with cheese but they’re not the normal Taco Bell ones. They’re fried and there’s prob cross contamination with KFC. Really saddened by the experience. The way the location is setup, it makes it very difficult to pull around and double check the order. It would’ve taken even longer to go in and get a refund.
