i’ve been here before and the staff was great, but not tonight. The cashier was Oren and she had a bad attitude, rude. I had never gone inside before but the drive through line was taking literally forever and not hardly moving after 20 mins so i went in. Inside that place is literally trashed, absolutely
disgusting. Fountain drinks are all literal water and non were refilled.
I asked the man who made my food if he could fill my drink in the back, he was the only nice person in that place. After he did that, i went to get a straw, and wow would you guess there were none?
the owners of this place need to get it in line.
overheard assumingely the manager, talking down on an employee. I mean if you are spoken to like trash, you surely wouldn’t “like” your job and not do well, right? i mean fr this place needs a lot of help.

The cashier Gabrielle was probably the rudest person I’ve ever met. She couldn’t be bothered to take my order or even stop TALKING AT her phone on speakerphone about whether “I can’t even say the words” she used to be honest.I kept being told to move up out of line so they wouldn’t get their “wait time” into the red zone. I wasn’t treated as a guest, I was treated like a burden and not even told I was going to be then waiting 15 minutes on chicken. When I refused to move, they suddenly offered me legs and thighs only to get me to move. I should have been informed I’d be waiting 15 minutes because I wouldn’t have ordered anything at all. I will never order anything there at all after tonight. I’m actually pretty sure I’ve just had the worst drive thru experience ever and not really excited about eating this food I just paid for because God knows I wasn’t even able to have it without having to take what was not even offered because of how big of an inconvenience I was to the staff working this evening.ill leave it at that and let it go because I’m outraged and I know it’s hilarious to them. Not everyone of us can afford to eat out every night. Sometimes getting a kfc bucket can really light up your whole night but not tonight. Tonight I’d like to toss my “family meal” in the garbage and I think I will actually. Thanks for making a family dinner tradition something worthless and not even cheap.

Open late. It was after midnight and my wife was in the hospital ER waiting for treatment from a broken hand. These guys were open and easy to get to. Very fast service.

Worst service I have ever received at any Taco Bell and that is a VERY LOW BAR. Indoor closes very early and the drive through line is absolutely atrocious. They had at least 7 drive through orders waiting for about 20 minutes as they were calling them out to the parking lot through the window. Food is always cold and the workers always have a bad attitude. This place should be closed down but the owners are cheap. This Taco Bell has to be the worst in the whole country

It seemed a little disorganized. We had our order taken quickly by a nice man who was very polite and helpful. Whole waiting for our order we were going to get sweet tea but the container was empty. We asked if there was more sweet tea and an employee told us they were out. Its was around 3:30 in the afternoon. The wait for our order took a few minutes but the food was good. The employees were all very nice and polite. There was one main guy who seemed to be the only one who was getting things done.

Legitimately waited 30 minutes for food, they handed me the wrong order after asking me at the window what I ordered and the proceeded to give me the food split up into different boxes between the wrong order and ours and shorted us biscuits.

If the workers would spend more time working and less time on the phone throwing gang signs in the back maybe people could get food in a timely manner. I got my money back bc after waiting 20 min for 3 soft tacos it was all cold. Also one of the women working here was vaping while handling peoples orders.
