This place is a 3rd world hell hole. I waited 10 minutes at an empty register while the zombie staff looked right through me. It was only after I caught one of them passing aimlessly that they told me that the register was closed and I had to order at Kiosk. I asked how I would pay cash which threw the staff into an existential funk. They mumbled something about the manager coming up to take my cash. I set upon the kiosk to order to find combo #9 as indicated on the menu behind the register was not offered. Over the next 15 minutes we fumbled through a series of them taking my dining room order on the take out register. How fast food restaurants with the low IQ bafoons running it can stay open I have no idea.

I ordered at the Kiosk which worked fine, but had to wait 30 minutes for my food just to be told they were "going so fast I accidentally made the wrong thing". They did offer to fix it but at that point I just wanted to eat. While I was waiting one of the staff walked outside to talk to someone while cussing about making orders and wanting to quit. Also, they were out of almost every soda in the fountain.

Poor communication, they should have employees that want to work.

Their performance is super slow like they are under the influence of something.

Went in for a pickup order, informed the employee about the name.

Waited 30 minutes while the employee called out others people's orders that arrived to the restaurant later than me before I cancelled my order.

Only two people working and couldn’t care less if they had customers. Would not serve in drive through had to go inside would not help with order too busy talking had to use the kiosk set the food on counter had to figure out who’s it was.
Horrible service never again to this location. Owner should be ashamed.

I ordered 2 regular tacos and two supreme tacos. I understand certain measurements of meat. But to have mostly lettuce, little to no cheese and sour cream missing?! And then the lack of knowledge they have. First I'm in F&B. If I wanted a salad I would've went somewhere else. Bc those tacos were mainly lettuce and shell. Oh and sour cream goes on top of tacos not wherever they MAY have put it. Then they have to call someone else bc apparently the manager there doesn't know how to do refunds. This place use to be pretty on point. But not now. It should really be shut down. And they shouldn't be paying the people that were there today but 1$ an hour. They have no idea how to make a simple taco. And the manager there was rude and very impolite. Rolled her eyes then tore all tacos apart and said we have measurements. So little meat litte to no cheese but pile on the nasty looking lettuce. Very dusappointed. Will never go to this taco bell ever again. The customer service was total crap.

I would leave zero stars if I
could. The parking lot was empty and the guy refused to take our order at the drive thru because he was ‘short staffed.’ There was a car ahead of us that placed a mobile order so we were stuck in the drive thru with no where to go. The absolute worst.

This is the worst fast food place ever 35m sat in line. And the food was wrong. I threw it away and went across the street to chic fil a. They suck so bad

So there's clearly a staffing problem but they've added a recording in the drive-thru that at least let's you know someone's inside now - my tacos were perfectly made & the young woman who took payment was absolutely delightful - it feels weird to say "be patient" with a taco bell but hopefully the more business they get, the more they can hire & the quicker the service will be

Two items wrong and one item missing. They even charged us for tap water after running out of Baja Blast. They are always out of ingredients. The items they gave us that were wrong were full of filler like they had run out of meat. Literally a burrito full of rice and shredded tortilla chips. This is the worst Taco Bell location.

The employees have the personality of a rock. They served us burnt food with no remorse. I would give zero stars if that was an option. Absolutely no intention of making things right with the customer. Not sure what I was expecting, it’s Taco Bell after all.

Idk how this place only has 2 stars. I love Taco Bell. I basically pay the light bill here. The staff of this location are always caring and sweet to me, though one time I found a blunt in my food. I understand not everyone has the same experiences as me but trust me these people work so hard for the quality of the food!! Cut them some slack!!
