They refuse to give me my uber eats orders 10 minutes before they’re closed. The entire staff is lazy and angry. Spiteful humans. I could see that they had orders on the screen. They just refused to give them.

If I could give this Taco Bell no stars then zero. You guys must not want money. Must not want business. I’ve now been two Sundays in a row and you wouldn’t serve me in the drive through. Last Sunday you said you were temporarily closed. Ok. Today you told me you were only taking mobile app orders. What’s wrong with you? Seriously. Close down if you don’t want our business. Pathetic. You all should be ashamed. But you’re not. I bet this is a front for drug deals.

Worst fast food place I have ever seen. It is astonishing how poorly ran this place is. I have spent 40+ minutes in the drive through on 6 occasions. Only twice did I get served food. Don’t go here if you are hungry, you won’t get food

During their hours of operation the drive-thru is operating but they only have one person in the store and they said they're only taking doordash orders so they won't take any orders directly but they will fill orders for an online order platform that has nothing to do with their store....
Other than the fact that this makes no sense whatsoever as a business please explain to me how on Earth do you think this makes any sense in a capacity of wanting to serve your customers....

I placed an order online through the app, I arrived at the restaurant and everything was closed and in the drive thru a girl comes out to tell me that they are not working... I explained to her that I already made the payment and in the app it says that the food is ready and she just didn't care and told me to solve it in the app we are not working here.

Every time I order online and go through the drive thru, they tell me to go park at the speaker and make me sit for at a minimum of 20 minutes for 3 tacos and a side of beans. The doors are locked at night even though it says they're supposed to be open. Every once in a while they unlock the door, let a random person in, and the person comes out with a bag, then the door gets locked again. They won't let people who have pick up orders inside.
I mean why be open late if you are not going to serve paying costumers. So okay, that’s fine, I’ll place an online doordash pickup order… it’s late. There shouldn’t be a wait…. 1 hour later I got my 3 item order. Terrible management if these are the people working the grill. Don’t take the night shift if you aren’t going to work.

Was slightly irritated that this Taco Bell reportedly stays open until 3AM on Fridays and Saturdays, but said they were only accepting DoorDash order and mobile order pickups when I arrived at the drive-thru around 12:30AM tonight. But no big deal, I already had the Taco Bell mobile app, so I just pulled around, parked and placed a mobile order through the app. I did ALL of that for…food that was hardly edible, cold, made incorrectly, or items missing from my order altogether.

Don't eat here unless you want half your order to be missing and to be greeted with an attitude. Everyone that works here has a nasty attitude and there's always drug deals going on in the parking lot so that's nice...The inside is always locked. And this last time I went there they weren't even accepting orders. Doordash only apparently... Absolutely the worst Taco Bell in existence.
