Ordered on the app and picked up around 12:30am. My food was ready as soon as I got there and this is the best Taco Bell I’ve ever had. Really the food was perfect and I can tell it was made with love. Thank you guys so much. Again, best Taco bell I’ve ever had you guys crushed it.

Waited forever in the drive thru, got the wrong food. Totally missed an item on a 5 item order. Ridiculous lack of attention to detail. Never coming back to this location, have had problems before. James island location actually makes the food you order. Avoid!

Do not waste your time going to this taco bell!!! First, we waited about 30 minutes for our food, then after the lady was out there giving me my food. She forgets my drink and then proceeds to not bring it to me after I tell her she had forgotten it she was extremely rude from the beginning of me, ordering my food and was making comments like she did not want to be there anytime I would say thank you no words at all just walk away or shut the drive thru window. That by far was the worst customer service i have ever experienced. So sad!!!

I called just to see if my door dash was sent to that store and the manger lady hung up on me I was really respectful I didn’t even get to explain that I thought it was my door dash fault j just wanted to see if they had placed it there and the manger hung up on me!

Didn’t even get to try the food. Came to this Taco Bell at 8pm, well before they close, and tried to order food. However an employee claimed they weren’t taking orders because they were “short staffed”. When we continued through the drive through to leave we saw a few employees, definitely enough people to make a taco, sitting and eating next to the window. Shout out to the extremely large black woman who was drinking a Baja blast the size of her face and couldn’t stand up to do her job. Absolutely ridiculous, horrible employees, awful work ethic. Who ever is the manager of this store needs to figure out who was working around 8pm on October 19th and fire them. Never coming back and wouldn’t recommend anyone else to.

Don't EVER order from this location again. I made a pick up order for 1130pm. My daughter went to pick it up at 11:15. Expecting to wait. But it had been sitting there since 1030! We asked them to remake it. They refused. Then told my daughter she was more than welcome to grab the food or not. No refund offered or anything.
I am pissed because of how rude and non accommodating they were. Its not my fault the app sends it in early. I specified 1130. Not 1030. Ridiculous
Whoever agreed to make this order left our food out for it to become soggy cold and disgusting!!!!
