Update to add there is staff inside who refuse to open the door or answer the drive thru

I travel and this is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Friday night at about 9:30 pm. Took about 10 min to take order the person in front of us pulled off so when got to window I had to tell them! As I received my order after waiting 15 min at window they handed me the bags and half the order was wrong but slip was right. Employees were standing around talking not working. They took wrong stuff back and still messed up order 2nd time! At that point I just left!

The staff would not even acknowledge my presence, made my food wrong and ice cold and when i politely asked them about it, I was met with oh hell nah! Attitude. It’s not rocket science, it a taco and if you do not want the job, don’t apply. I grew up loving Taco Bell but the people they hire is beyond gross. I would never subject my business and customers to that trash excuse of service and piss poor food quality. Also, the holding temps were absolutely not being adhered to at all. Too bad DHEC didn’t show up that day.
