I have ordered online pick-up a few times at this location. Each time I do the order is late. My order is missing items and my food is cold... Kills my vibe everytime...

Update: This Taco Bell is so hit it miss. Tonight I got some of the best taco bell I've ever gotten. Sometimes it's literally the worst. But well done everyone working tonight 😂 Usually great. Every once in a while they miss something in the order or the baja blast is flavorless :(

I Just left Taco Bell on Savannah highway I was waiting 10 minutes at the speaker for someone to take my order there were 3 cars in front of me I could see them getting thier food still no response so I pulled to the window thinking it was broken and when an employee finally came she looked annoyed and had an awful attitude and asked me what I wanted I said I wanted to place an order but nobody was answering at the speaker and she told me to go around there’s uber orders behind me when I tried to tell her nobody would answer she got more of an attitude and said oh well go around I said ok and went to cookout next door they have better food and obviously better service if you’re really needing Taco Bell spend the extra 5 minutes and go down the street to the one on st Andrew’s blvd

I went through the drive thru for my Taco Bell dinner at this location. There was a long line but it moved quickly. I ordered a quesadilla and beefy 5 layer burrito. Both were terrific. Highly recommend!!
Worst experience ever. From the clerks to the manager. Asked for separate bags and got lied to twice, yelled at to pull to the front window and a manager who refused to do anything. Got to drop off the food and of course it was jacked up. How hard is it? Called to at least get what I paid for and the manager on duty couldn’t be bothered. Told me to talk to the on-coming manager and hung up. What a joke.
