I’ve had nothing but terrible experiences with this location every time I visit. It consistently takes over an hour for my orders to be completed, which is completely unacceptable. I rely on quick service to ensure everything runs smoothly, but this location fails to deliver every single time. It’s frustrating and disappointing, and I won’t be returning in the future.

Updated interior but same old scenario. Staff obnoxiously participating in social hour while a horde of annoyed patrons meander around the dining area, waiting for their long overdue orders. The overwhelming frustration periodically interrupted by the occasional drive through customer angrily visiting the counter to hurl complaints of missing or incorrect items. All the while, the staff undeterred as they continue on with their loud and inappropriate dialog. Shame on me for thinking perhaps the new remodel would bring an improved experience, but unfortunately it's just the same old Savannah Highway Taco Bell......

It seems to have been remodeled. Looks good. There are no cashiers. You have to order through the kiosk. You only see an employee when they bring your food from the back.

Garbage,not that I expected much.... Gordidas, were Pooh, tough ass old bread. Gave me just one more reason NEVER to eat taco hell again

Should probably shut back down until you have enough staff to do orders at 6: 00pm on a Saturday. Or at least put a sign on the door.

After waiting 15 min at the intercom watching 2 others drive off . Finally someone came on the intercom rude and short as I ordered they were out of half the things we wanted. Pulled up to the window waited still no one came . Drove off .

Worst service ever. Literally took over 30 minutes to get our food, and we’d ordered ahead! The girl at the window wouldn’t speak, over zero apologies, just in there having a good old time with all her friends and then 36 minutes after I’d placed my order, opened the window, tossed my food at me and shut the window to go back to her social hour. I understand giving kids an opportunity to work but there really should be some adult supervision there. Needless to say I’ll never go back to this store and will make sure to tell anyone who’ll listen!

Please shut down already. Or lean how to turn off Uber eats/ doordash orders. Google says this location is open til 2am but the workers seems to close whenever they feel like it. Please quit so they might hire people who will actually keep it open til the specified closing time.
