Frozen yogurt spot - nothing more and nothing less. Took four kiddos here and they love being able to choose their flavors and go big on the toppings.
The big thing I’d like to note is the lack of customer service. Came in to one girl working with serious lack of customer service skills. I’ve worked my fair share of food & beverage jobs and I don’t think it’s that hard to smile and welcome customers in, ESPECIALLY when they’re with kids! You don’t have to like your job but you can still be welcoming. This location is right next to a residential area so I’m sure they get their fair share of kids. This girl looked like she not only hated her job, but also hated us.
My preferred location in Charleston SC. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The small shop has no ambiance you can’t sit down to eat, there is no human service aside of an attendant who hits a button on the cash register when you place the ridiculously overpriced yogurt on the scale. The default tip is 25%. The toppings are all sugar based, sweetened coconut is the healthiest option. There is not one fresh fruit option. This is such a disappointing experience.

This place brings out the kid in all of us...at any age! How can you go wrong with every possible combination of sweet toppings??
Im honestly astonished of how great the service is here.I came here with my granddaughter to celebrate her eighth birthday and this incredible young man with curly brown hair. Get this man a raise because he was so kind that he gave us everything for free. Do not worry, i saw him take out money from his wallet to pay for it all but im honestly so impressed with this young man.

Came to this location for a specific flavor, was met by a teenage girl who was apparently the only one on shift this evening, who came over after I was trying to get the flavor out and rudely stated that that flavor was out, however there was zero indication that it was out. After the disappointment of that flavor was out we went on to try THREE other flavors with the same issue, gone.This worker had a crowd of at least 10 friends in the restaurant this evening, who were taking up every seat in the place and none of them could be bothered to move for actual paying customers to take a seat.It was loud, they were all rude, especially the worker, the toppings were all mixed, things were dirty. If I owned this place I would be beyond disappointed.I would leave zero starts if I could.
