Doesn’t taste fresh - very artificial. Very expensive too. $10 minimum per person.

The first time I came to this TCBY, I was extremely disappointed by the lack of flavors, toppings, and the friendliness of the employees so, like any good customer I decided I’d give them a second chance. I no longer believe in second chances as they were yet again out of my favorite, and may I say very popular, reese’s peanut butter cups. When I asked the young boy working behind the counter if they had any he didn’t even seem to know.

I was at this store on Saturday, May 3rd in the early afternoon with my two young grandchildren. The young man at the register was pleasant and rang up our order. About 10 minutes later a group of 7 teenagers came in and they seemed to know the young man working there. This group of teenagers were very disruptive and cursing loudly. A family with a young child came in, but did not stay when they noticed the group of teenagers and their behavior. The young man at the register was very involved in the chaos. Two of the girls bought yogurt and were charged for the yogurt, but after paying, put toppings on their yogurt and did not pay for the toppings. The young man working there was aware of what they were doing, but didn't stop them. It was a very unpleasant experience and I was very disappointed because we had to leave before we finished our yogurt. As we left, the teenagers started whooping and hollering, enjoying the fact that they had ran us off. Also, one of the boys had a water bottle that he was offering to the others and from their reaction, I don't think there was water in it. A very unpleasant visit and I'm not sure I will go back.

DO NOT COME HERE. flavors were gross - they all tasted watery. how do you mess up chocolate and vanilla. prices are ridiculous as well. $30 for 3 small cups. place is run down and honestly I’ve never had worse frozen yogurt/ice cream. especially for how much I paid. just gross.

This location is by far the best in Charleston! I am a regular and drive the extra minutes for this specific store. I’ve had pleasant experiences with three separate employees i’ve ran into going here, which was a big step up from a couple of years ago with the previous employees. The yogurt can be a bit pricey but you can get a decent size cup for a reasonable price. I came into this store today and a young lady with brown hair was very welcoming when we first walked in. Even helped out when one of the machines were not working, she was eager to give assistance and got the machine to work again. Overall great tasting yogurt and definitely recommend! 🍦

Very clean and lively store despite the ac not working it was really hot in there I felt bad for the workers but she still had excellent customer service. Actually the most clean tcby I’ve stepped into compared to the other where I live, will be traveling to this location for the future.

I am a regular customer as I love TCBY frozen yogurt and I can honestly say that I have never visited a better run store! All of the flavors taste super fresh! Charlee, the manager, is highly dedicated and so sweet to her customers! I would drive out of my way if need be to go to TCBY on Windermere in West Ashley if I had to. Highly recommended!!

The yogurt was good but $33.00 for two regular cups of chocolate yogurt with no toppings is wayyyyy overpriced for yogurt. Eating yogurt apparently isn’t as important to me as I thought it was…loll

Good luck to you guys over there at South Windermere 👋😬

Overpriced and disgusting. The frozen yogurt isn’t even frozen yogurt consistency, it’s more like an icy. They were also out of majority of the flavors and there was no air conditioning in the store so all the toppings were melted. 24 dollars for two cups is absolutely ridiculously, I would’ve enjoyed a McFlurry more.

Frozen yogurt spot - nothing more and nothing less. Took four kiddos here and they love being able to choose their flavors and go big on the toppings.

The big thing I’d like to note is the lack of customer service. Came in to one girl working with serious lack of customer service skills. I’ve worked my fair share of food & beverage jobs and I don’t think it’s that hard to smile and welcome customers in, ESPECIALLY when they’re with kids! You don’t have to like your job but you can still be welcoming. This location is right next to a residential area so I’m sure they get their fair share of kids. This girl looked like she not only hated her job, but also hated us.
