Came to this location for a specific flavor, was met by a teenage girl who was apparently the only one on shift this evening, who came over after I was trying to get the flavor out and rudely stated that that flavor was out, however there was zero indication that it was out. After the disappointment of that flavor was out we went on to try THREE other flavors with the same issue, gone.This worker had a crowd of at least 10 friends in the restaurant this evening, who were taking up every seat in the place and none of them could be bothered to move for actual paying customers to take a seat.It was loud, they were all rude, especially the worker, the toppings were all mixed, things were dirty. If I owned this place I would be beyond disappointed.I would leave zero starts if I could.

I recently visited TCBY and had the pleasure of being served by a remarkable young man with an incredible afro. Not only was his hairstyle a standout feature, but his service was outstanding. He greeted every customer with a warm smile and went above and beyond to ensure everyone had a delightful experience. I went here tonight and the yogurt machines were so slow it looked like someone was pooping and the outside tables were so dirty and the trash can was overflowing and a very big cockroach was on it.
