We waited outside for 10-15 minutes after the shop was already open. We couldn’t even get inside to try the frozen yogurt. We saw a lady in the store but as soon as we walked up they disappeared into the back and left the door locked.

Yes it was on folly road - I could not reply for some reason.

Our trip to TCBY James Island was awesome! I used to get a waffle cone for lunch (back when it wasn’t sold by the ounce) nearly every day. TCBY closed in our area, so I haven’t had one in ages. The attendant was courteous, the flavors that I wanted worked just fine and the toppings I desired were available. I’m very pleased with my visit.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. If I could give this location zero stars, I would. I walked in with my clearly marked service dog and began making my bowl when the woman working—long brown hair—was not only incredibly rude but also asked me to leave. She denied my service dog and kicked us out of the store, despite the fact that my dog was wearing clear identification as a service animal. I’ve never experienced anything like this before, and the level of disrespect and discrimination was honestly shocking. This kind of treatment is not only unprofessional—it’s illegal.

I was extremely excited to have a sweet treat so you can expect my disappointment when I walked in to 5 out 10 flavors working and countless amounts of toppings missing. Employee did not greet us and seemed miserable. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Smelled absolutely disgusting!!! Floors were disgusting!! Tried to convince our little one to go elsewhere but she was set on the pink “ Barbie” chairs? Won’t be back! Choose somewhere else, anywhere else!!

Disappointed that this location doesn't allow samples anymore. It was a nice service that allowed a customer to try flavors before spending $10 on a premium ice cream. South Windermere continues this service and is a preferred location for me.

I don't understand why they have a menu for kid cups and smoothies but the store just has weighted yogurt. They don't even have small sized cups. Way over priced for what you get. We picked here because of the prices but wish we hadn't.

Been here a few times. Every time I have to knock to be let in. The employee closes whenever they want. Like as of right now there is a sign saying “be back in 30 minutes” … no you won’t. I feel bad for the mom and daughter waiting patiently and family of 3. You are losing business with employees who really don’t care.
