Smelled absolutely disgusting!!! Floors were disgusting!! Tried to convince our little one to go elsewhere but she was set on the pink “ Barbie” chairs? Won’t be back! Choose somewhere else, anywhere else!!

Disappointed that this location doesn't allow samples anymore. It was a nice service that allowed a customer to try flavors before spending $10 on a premium ice cream. South Windermere continues this service and is a preferred location for me.

I don't understand why they have a menu for kid cups and smoothies but the store just has weighted yogurt. They don't even have small sized cups. Way over priced for what you get. We picked here because of the prices but wish we hadn't.

Been here a few times. Every time I have to knock to be let in. The employee closes whenever they want. Like as of right now there is a sign saying “be back in 30 minutes” … no you won’t. I feel bad for the mom and daughter waiting patiently and family of 3. You are losing business with employees who really don’t care.

I would NEVER go back here. I felt very uncomfortable when I walked in. A customer stared us down of course because we were ppl of color. The person who served us was very rude not welcoming and I can tell she was acting funny because we were BLACK. I didn’t make a scene because my daughter was with me but I’ll definitely post this on Facebook.

Middle aged white female worker with brunette hair was very rude. We are consistent customers and do not appreciate being treated like that. Worker wasn’t even there when we went in. We will take our business elsewhere. Selection is also not very good to begin with. James island location on folly rd.

I have never went anywhere to pay with my hard earned money for a FREE & UGLY attitude. Wasn’t greeted when we came through the door. The young lady with brown hair damn near pushed my coworker out of the way with her words. The child we had with us was very upset and did not want her frozen yo anymore before of the way she felt we were treated. Great Frozen yo. BAD customer service. I will be updating my followers about this place. Thank you.

There weren't any fruit topping offerings (except maraschino cheerios), the staff wasn't overly friendly, and it's overly expensive for what you get. We'll find another place for the summer.
