First, this is an IHOP. No idea why another business is listed at this address. The management needs to do something about the smell. Near the door, it smelled of dirty mop water. Immediately killed the appetite. The restrooms are not great.BUT the staff are nice.The food: I ordered the chicken biscuit sandwich and hash browns. No idea if any of it is made from scratch but, before long, I forgot about the smell.
