This is one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. The service was amazing. My wife is gluten-free and the waiter had highlighted everything on the menu that she could eat before we got there.
Absolutely amazing top tier dinner!!! The Establishment has been on my, Must Try List, in Charleston for some time and finally was able to check it out. Our server Parker made the whole experience over the top, from explaining each dish to add a personal touch to the meal. Highly highly suggest Gnudi, Brussel Salad & the bass dish. We will be back!!!
Maybe it's because it was a Tuesday. Maybe the "b-team" was working but this wasn't a Michelin star experience. - The Gnudi was very good - The bread service was not (burnt loaf on the bottom) - the lamb papparadelle and the swordfish were "good" but lacked appropriate level if salt. This correctable and we added salt but you shouldn't have to at a 1 star restaurant. - Server was very knowledgeable and pleasant but we were left waiting for her...
