So I’m staying here and so far it’s been a top notch stay! I also got to chat with some staff and they were so awesome customer service and hospitality was top tier! If you come in the weekend you will meet a great bar tender his name is Ron he gave me great places to visit down the road on. Which is awesome and there are more options then it looks. I also want to give a shout out to Olivia she’s very kind and she’s definitely really good at what she does always with a great smile all the way and to Madison as well they both helped me with a little help. Thanks to all three for making this a great experience. They are definitely working hard to make this place better! With the help of the company all top stuff! Thanks limited for making it a great time.

Under renovation

The breakfasts are better than average for a hotel; reasonably priced and generally good. The dinners are fairly basic, but good if you can’t get a reservation nearby.

The restaurant and bar are mediocre at best. We were staying at the hotel and were happy to have a bar and restaurant downstairs, but the menu leaves a lot to be desired. The restaurant description is inaccurate- no tapas to be found. We ordered drinks off the menu- nothing special- after dining elsewhere one evening and they were horrendous. We will not return. We passed on breakfast here, as well, because for $20/person we felt strongly we would get better food elsewhere. Overall this was upsetting because it was a draw for us staying at the hotel and ended up being a useless, expensive amenity.

Good for a hotel bar. Food was good

Long wait for food. Food was just ok. Breakfast omelette was burnt. The fruit was good. It is convenient, that's all.

Went in here when we couldn’t find a table on King street. The food was really good. Service was great. Give it a chance. The bad reviews don’t really complain at all about the food…

BEWARE! Someone is running fraudulent credit card charges through this restaurant. I live in CA and have never been to Charleston, SC and yet my AMEX was run for a charge on June 18. I called the number associated with the restaurant and was routed to the hotel lobby. The clerk told me the restaurant has not been open since March and he had gotten calls from others questioning similar charges. I had to cancel my AMEX and get a new card, so BEWARE even if you see just a small charge...it's just the scammer checking if the card works.

Rude people!

We arrived after a long day of travel in pouring down rain. As a result, we decided to just eat at the hotel and then had another circumstance where it was just more convenient to eat there. I had hoped we'd have a better experience the second time, but both experiences offered mixed experiences. We had consistently positive experiences with the bar and dining room wait staff. They were as prompt and pleasant at possible in light of the incredibly poor kitchen. Not only did it take WWAAAAYYYYY too long for food to come out, there were periodic loud banging sounds from the kitchen that just seemed weird! The food wasn't bad but it wasn't great either.

I went inside the meeting room to ask to use the restroom to take my insulin and that lady at the counter told me unless I'm a guess I am not allowed to use restroom and she don't care if I had a medical emergency or not do not come back into the hotel unless I'm booking a room I would not suggest anybody stay there and I walk to a restaurant on King Street and had to end up going to the hospital with a sugar high as 425 they have no courtesy unless you spending money with them

This is very much a hotel restaurant. Staff was nice, but food & atmosphere are lacking. Prices are too high for what is being offered. If you are considering eating here do yourself a favor and walk over to King St instead. There are many better options there.

I ate breakfast here twice during my stay. It was just "OK". The servers are quite friendly here, and the prices are very reasonable compared to breakfast at a luxury hotel. However, if one has the time, there are several better places to get breakfast or brunch just a few blocks away. There is no buffet, just a rather limited menu.
