This is our second year with Chef Chip in charge and there will be many years to follow! He is prompt in his reply’s and goes out of his way to accommodate different dietary restrictions and have them blend well with those who have none. On top of his fabulous cuisine; having his team come in, take care of service from start to finish and leave you with a spotless kitchen is a real treat!! Our favorites have been taste of the low country, his Mexican feast as well as a Mediterranean/ Paella feast!

We had a family dinner prepared by pampered palate that was absolutely delicious. The quality of the food and presentation was amazing. Everything from preparation to cleanup was taken care of. We would highly recommend Chef Chip! Thank you for a memorable evening and one of the highlights of our trip.

This year was our second time to have Chef Chip. He and his team come prepared and ready to work. Within ten minutes of being here the kitchen smelled fantastic. Everything about the meal stands out. We highly recommend the filet and shrimp. The sauces for the filet had so much flavor. The salads were so fresh with tangy vinaigrettes. All the vegetables were so good and local! Chocolate mousse and berry cobbler impressed all of dessert lovers ! Communication with chef to plan was also timely and easy. He also accommodated our four eaters with dietary restrictions. Thank you for a memorable family dinner!

get Chip provided us with an outstanding meal for our first night’s arrival at Kiwah SC. He came to our villa and not only relieved us of the stress of finding a restaurant but prepared and served an outstanding meal to 5 travel weary women! The meal was:
Tuna Tartar-Bluefin alps
Classic Caesar Salad- Romaine, Croutons, Parmesan, House
Made Dressing
Lowcountry Surf and Turf-Petite Filet of Beef, 3oz Pan Seared
Local Fish, Yukon Gold Caramelized Onion Spinach and Bell

Homemade Key Lime Pie- Raspberry Sauce, Whipped Cream

Chip went above and beyond for our 5 person home cooked meal. Everything was delicious and we learned a lot about the area from Chip. He even gave us a recommendation for a local restaurant and when we arrived for dinner a few nights later, we were treated like VIPs. Thanks Chip!

The Pampered Palate catapulted our Kiawah Island experience to new heights!
We have been blessed with many trips to Kiawah Island over the last 20 years. Thankfully the Kiawah Island Golf Resort folks told us about Chef Chip and his stellar team with the Pampered Palate.
Our 22 person reunion ages ranged from 2 to 80 years old. Every one was in love with the cuisine. The flavor profiles of each appetizer melded into a magnificent beginning to an unforgettable feast.
Every morsel delicious. Each display was artful. What a hit!!
Chef Chip also worked with us to choose prepared foods to stock in each beachfront Villa so that families had what they needed on hand upon 1st arrival. This team is seamless. They deliver what they promise plus SO much more.

Chip is an incredible chef and creative as well! Chip has cooked for my family during our vacation at Kiawah for 5 years and we are ALWAYS pleased! He can prepare anything (his lobster dinner and Mediterranean are my favorites) and leaves the Kitchen cleaner than when he arrived! It is wonderful to have our appetizers and dinner ready and served after a long day at the beach! Thank you Chip!

Chef Chip came to our rental house on Isle of Palms to cook a private dinner for our bachelorette party, and it was incredible! The food was delicious, and he and his team were fun and kind throughout the entire meal (including doing all the cleanup as well!). They made such a memorable start to our trip.

Pampered Palate has done 6-8 dinners for me on Kiawah Island in the past handful of years. Each one has been spectacular! Most recently, they did a dinner for 9 to celebrate my husband's birthday. It was such a special evening. All of our guests raved about how wonderful the food was and how clean they left the kitchen! It's not just the food that's great - it's every aspect: communication on scheduling and the menu, the service on site for you and your guests, and the cleanup. It's such a special experience, I would highly recommend and will be using Pampered Palate many times again in the future. Thank you so much!

Our family had the pleasure of having Chef Chris into our home for my daughter‘s fifth birthday and my mother-in-law‘s 75th birthday. Chris and his assistant did an awesome job with the preparation of the food, the plating and serving, to clean up. Every single course was quite an experience. Every bite of food was delicious and prepared impeccably, and the taste and flavor profile will be remembered for years to come. Chris’s attention to detail made all of us feel incredibly special and had flavor hints of the Lowcountry. Chris left my kitchen incredibly clean, and all the food was wrapped and prepared nicely for us to enjoy later. It was so nice to have a dinner well prepared from a professional and kind chef and then to have my kitchen spotless. As a busy & tired Mama, this was great. We most definitely will be using Chris in the future and recommend him 100 times over to anyone and Charleston for the surrounding Lowcountry area if you’re looking for a professional chef. His roasted cauliflower truffle soup and the fried green tomatoes with Panko, topped with cheese were my favorites!

The Pampered Palate 4 has provided us four personal chef meals over a 10 year span while we have visited the Charleston area. The experience has always been the same - superb. How wonderful it is to hear when they arrive onsite is, "ok we have this now... we will take it from here". Service, quality of food and interaction with the Pampered Palate staff is great. This is always a special experience and we thank Chef Chip for carrying on the consistent wonderful service.

Chip is amazing. Amazing food and amazing service. Would highly recommend. Chip cooked for 16 of us while we were down on a golf trip in Kiawah.

Chef Chip made our family vacation to Kiawah a true vacation for my family of 11 people. Every evening was a themed dinner of delicious food that was thoughtfully prepared. Also, we always had plenty for leftovers the next day. Chip's helper, Maria, was amazing by anticipating our every need and helping to leave the house spotless at the end of the evening. You should know that we enjoyed 3 fully catered evenings and 4 evenings where full dinners with dessert were delivered with heating instructions. Both were amazing and allowed us the flexibility to enjoy the beach to the very last minute. Thank you for making our Memorial Day week so memorable! We highly recommend Chef Chip and the Pampered Palate!!
