Very cool coffee place. The location was great by Charleston College and King St. Yummy desserts and snacks. Wasn't a big fan of my coffee selection. It was a little bitter and had to dump. Sorry ?Perhaps it wasn't my type of coffee.

Stopped by this morning and had a wonderful experience! Our coffee was flavorful & the pastries were tasty! Merritt was super friendly and welcoming! 10/10 recommend and will be back next time we visit Charleston!

Deliciously adorable cafe in the heart of downtown CHS! Came here on my bachelorette with a group of girls and we absolutely loved it. The iced latte with a splash of caramel was to die for.

I never review anything after just one experience but I was here yesterday and again today. It was an identical experience. The two employees were each slow and disengaged. I watched as two people ahead of me got the wrong orders. They rolled their eyes like it was someone else’s fault. I’d skip this place till they hire someone who cares

We went in and wow it looked charming and had all the signs of a good coffee spot. Our coffee was lukewarm. There was no coffee flavor... and again, it was not even close to hot. The creamer, milk and sugar counter was littered with trash and spills. It had been a good while since it had been tended to. The croissants were okay. The price was high, the quality abysmal. Won't go to Rise again.

The atmosphere was wonderful. However, the service was not so wonderful. The employees seemed to be a little crass. I ordered an oat latte and my cup was not even filled to the top, it felt light in my hand, by all means and any standards it was not a latte. Please do something to your staff to make them feel satisfied with their job.

One of my favorite spots when I’m in town!! Taylor is my absolute favorite. She’s always so kind and patient as I don’t frequent Charleston, so I can’t ever remember what I ordered last time. She’s the friendliest I’ve met on the team. The experience wouldn’t be what it is without her!

Ordered coffee with whole milk. It came with almond milk. They remade it and it came with almond milk again.
