First time in Charleston stopped at the rooftop bar incredible service by Dana. She was not only a sweetheart, but a wealth of information great place great cocktails love this place and Dana was fantastic. I must go.

We were told we HAD TO get drinks on a rooftop in Charleston. It was an underwhelming experience. Drinks were good to fine. It was on a roof but not much more to say beyond that. Would choose other bars over this for sure. Maybe get one drink at most but also I would’ve been fine skipping it too.

The Rooftop at The Vendue is one of my favorite places to take in Charleston from above. Whether it’s a casual afternoon drink or a sunset gathering with friends, the views over the harbor and steeples never get old. The atmosphere is lively but still feels relaxed, exactly what makes downtown living so special.
It’s the kind of spot that perfectly captures the 29401 lifestyle: walkable, social, and surrounded by history in every direction. I often recommend it to clients who want to experience Charleston beyond the photos, this is where you really feel the city.
