I’m a movie critic but I’m also a foodie! I’m picky about my food and service! If you have not been to THE SELECT downtown Charleston—you have no idea what you are missing!!! Great ambience, excellent service and incredible food. We had 3 in our party that are gluten-free and the waiter, Cameron, was amazing. I also have a bi-valve aversion and he made sure to take special care with all of our food issues. The meals were fantastic - we had the short ribs, roast chicken, lobster and shrimp linguine, and steak frites. They also have excellent drinks and a diverse wine list. You won’t be disappointed with this new to Charleston restaurant.
