The swamp fox restaurant is nestled in side the Francis Marion Hotel. It's not too fancy a place to enjoy dinner and is recently quiet. We ordered the shrimp and grits which we strongly recommend as it was delicious. The service is good as well as the food. We thought it was a good value. Lots of good things to eat on the menu.
Great dining experience and place to bring out of town guests where you can have a conversation and actually hear each other. The service was very attentive and did a great job answering questions regarding the menu.
Had the she crab soup and petite shrimp and grits and they were superb. Live piano music and a comfortable dining area made the evening extra nice. Very good service and easy to make online reservations made this a great visit all around.
