I have been to the food truck a couple of times and had good experiences. This time I got the Reuben and a side of fries. Reuben was disappointing. The predominant flavor was the bread, which on its own was good. That said, the meat, cheese, sauerkraut and Russian/1000 island dressing were very, very understated. Nowhere near the best ever, but nowhere near the worst ever. Maybe stick to the truck?
An excellent sandwich shop. We ordered online which was great! I had the Caesar Salad Wrap which was excellent. Can't wait to try something else! Nice variety of sandwiches. Would highly recommend.

First visit here and the Ceasar wrap was a 10 out of 10. It's a massive wrap. Fries are delicious too. Will definitely be back to try something new next time.

My husband and I ordered the market special, a chicken Caesar wrap, fries, and Mac salad. The market special and the fries were absolutely amazing. The wedge does a chicken cutlet like no one else in Charleston. The Caesar wrap and Mac salad were good, but I would absolutely stick with one of their classic sandwiches next time. I’m hopeful that the Wedge will eventually have a space for people to sit down, we would have loved to eat our food in instead of taking it out, but you gotta start somewhere! We will 100% be back. So glad to have this restaurant in Charleston.

My first time here but unfortunately I was very disappointed. I arrived at 10:05 am and asked for an Italian combo. There were no other customers and server told us he could not serve us until 10:30! So we drove around and came back at 10:30 and ordered our Italian combo. Unfortunately we were very disappointed. As soon as we unwrapped if, you could smell the onion. Obviously it was an old onion. After tossing the onion, we ate the rest of the sandwich. It was very large and was ok. But honestly Jersey Mike’s food and service are much better and cheaper. We won’t be back

I stopped in this morning for some breakfast sandwiches. My husband and I have heard nothing but positive glowing reviews for the food truck, so we decided to give it a shot. We each got a Taylor Ham Egg and Cheese, and let me tell you, that was the BEST breakfast sandwich I have ever had. No burrito, brunch place, homemade breakfast, or authentic philly pork roll can compete. It didn’t need any extra seasoning or sauces or anything. Truly the most perfect breakfast we have ever had. Staff was very friendly and food was made quickly. One of the Taylor Ham Egg and Cheese sandwiches was only $8.50, and I would EASILY spend $12 for a sandwich that large and delicious. If you haven’t checked out The Wedge yet, you are missing out. We can’t wait to try the rest of the menu.

They are busy for a reason.
This deli is awesome. My wife and I have been here numerous times now, working our way around the menu, and have yet to be disappointed in anything that we've had. If this spot is not on your list of places to try yet, it definitely needs to be. Pictured is the bacon jalapeño and it tasted just as good as it looks.

Great food. Kind of pricey for what you get. Fries are amazing. No dining room so tailgate.

Maybe this is just a one-off but there was something very wrong with the chicken cutlet in my vodka parm - perhaps a bad batch, but I bit in and it was hard and extremely rubbery… I’m thinking it was overcooked? Multiple pieces had this texture - unfortunately it was inedible. I’ll give them a second chance because my friends and fam rave about this place.

I heard about this place on Instagram and it didn't disappoint. I would recommend ordering ahead because they are busy. There is no seating at this restaurant.
