I have been to the food truck a couple of times and had good experiences. This time I got the Reuben and a side of fries. Reuben was disappointing. The predominant flavor was the bread, which on its own was good. That said, the meat, cheese, sauerkraut and Russian/1000 island dressing were very, very understated. Nowhere near the best ever, but nowhere near the worst ever. Maybe stick to the truck?
An excellent sandwich shop. We ordered online which was great! I had the Caesar Salad Wrap which was excellent. Can't wait to try something else! Nice variety of sandwiches. Would highly recommend.
My husband and I ordered the market special, a chicken Caesar wrap, fries, and Mac salad. The market special and the fries were absolutely amazing. The wedge does a chicken cutlet like no one else in Charleston. The Caesar wrap and Mac salad were good, but I would absolutely stick with one of their classic sandwiches next time. I’m hopeful that the Wedge will eventually have a space for people to sit down, we would have loved to eat our food in instead of taking it out, but...
