When we arrived, the owner was in the process of closing early (really bad weather), but she insisted we come in and proceeded to offer samples and then take our orders. Everything was delicious, and we enjoyed the special treat of getting to know the owner who prepares EVERYTHING (cheeses, sauces, dressing, doughs, patties, sausages!)from scratch. You do not have to be vegan to love this food! So happy we braved the weather. Charleston is lucky to have this gem in a nutshell. Updated...
