Got gelato and a latte. Both were great. The worker Rhett could not have been more friendly. She was very patient with my 4 yr old son who was having a hard time picking a flavor. Highly recommend tinto y crema.

Tried their coffee and they overpour milk on it. The coffee flavor was gone. Ended up wasting my money. I get it that we are in a busy schedule but they should be aware. Too bad because I was recommended this place.

Whenever I’m in Charleston, I have to stop in for Nutella gelato!! I think my first visit was in 2020 so I definitely love it!!

Very disappointed in the two young girls working today at about 3:30.
My 8 yr old ordered a milk shake, when it was handed to him he accidentally dropped it.
He was very upset and embarrassed but what made it worse is neither of the 2 girls said one word to him instead acted very annoyed that they had to clean up the spill.
Then the milkshake was re-made and it wasn’t filled to the top of the cup and it was very runny. Will NOT be back and I am a local to Mount Pleasant.
The iced latte was not good - maybe burnt espresso - and had almost no ice. Decor and atmosphere would be nice but looked very dirty with lots of dust on the fixtures and marks on the walls. Maybe the gelato is good but we didn't try it. I wouldn't come here again for espresso. Service was fast at least.

We were by the pineapple fountain and wanted a sweet treat ! There were only two workers so I waited on line for like 20-30 minutes. Got the coffee stratateli with cracked chocolate on top delicious - a pup cup and vanilla milk shake all were really good ! Prices were kinda high but 🤷🏼♀️ it was worth it ! I would recommended this place and most likely be back !

small location, place was slammed and had one girl working behind the counter with no help, payed $8 for a very small smoothie that tasted like ice, $8 for a chai and you tasted the straw more then the actual coffee. Staff was friendly but for the price you are better off going somewhere else.
