I just moved to West Ashley and I still come to this place because they have the best food and they are so nice and grateful and I can't say anything more about them.Thank you so much.I wish I could give you a ten star review! I had the chicken fried rice and honey chicken lunch special with a pork egg roll. I expected honey chicken wings and not general tso style chicken, but it was good. I’m giving them three stars because of the cashiers attitude. I mean sure enough you may have been having a bad day but that sucky attitude runs off on others and ruins their day. Apparently, she was calling me because my order was ready but her kids were LOUD and couldn’t hear her until I happened to look up at her and she had the nastiest look on her face. I have kids too so I’m giving her grace however she could’ve walked from around the counter and handed me my order if it was that serious. The belligerent attitude was unnecessary. Fix your attitude.

Would not recommend, while the food is ok the service is horrible. When I order she was snappy and rude. I asked for an itemized receipt to be clear on prices then gave me a different price and wrote on a sheet of paper and called it “itemized” The atmosphere is pretty nasty and very gloomy. 0/10 would not recommend.

Found a bug in my food. Looks like a baby roach up close. I went back to the store and the guy there tried to say it was a mosquito. He then took the food, threw it away, and gave me a refund. I appreciate the refund but am still grossed out from the experience.

Husband and I pick up food here all the time and we love it. They are so sweet to us and the food is always yummy.
My husband and I order from Tokyo Express all the time. Their customer service is great and the prices are very reasonable. It was pouring down rain and one of the male workers pulled out an umbrella and held it over my head, and walked me to my car as he got drenched. They go above and beyond for their customers. I would definitely recommend.
