customer service is horrible.

I visited the Tropical Smoothie Café in West Ashley on Sam Rittenberg Boulevard to buy 15 smoothies and a few quesadillas for my job. Two young ladies were at the front counter, but neither greeted us or responded when my husband politely said hello or even when he asked if they could hear him.
That level of rudeness and lack of basic acknowledgment is unacceptable, especially when a customer is about to spend over $100. I took my business up the street to Smoothie King instead, where the staff was friendly, responsive, and appreciative of my order.

Smoothies are probably good but I couldn’t know, we left after standing by the counter for minutes without any of the four staffs eye contact

Didn’t get a chance to order. We walked in no one greeted us, we waited patiently because the children wanted a smoothie. Saw 3 employees, 2 talking to each other and 1 cleaning. After not being acknowledged and waiting for 5 minutes we finally walked out.

Never a good experience food is never ready when you order it. Says it’ll be 11 min and you come in 11 min and wait an additional 25 min every time. They don’t address their customers. The whole place is a train wreck.

Said the bowl side was closed, but the person in front of me just ordered from that side…whatever that means. This was 15 minutes before closed too.

The incompetence here is crazy. If these girls would do their job instead of talking to their buddies who stopped by, there wouldn’t be ticket orders touching the ground that haven’t been made.

Went to this one 2x. The first time the chips were so stale and my wrap was made very sloppy. The second time I got the corn as a side,they put it in a paper bag upside down and it fell through as I was putting it in my car ,corn everywhere. There was no accountability,the manger acted as if I were making it up and didn't want to provide service recovery. I had to go back in that store 3x for proper service recovering. I go to TSC all the time and this by far is the worst one food and service wise. Do yourself a favor ,go to a different location.

Ivory and Mercedes are hands down the best smoothie makers in the Charleston area I drive out of my way just to get one made by them they don’t get paid enough superior service🫡
