I was served a hot mess of liquid soft serve with chunks of drip and a puddle of marshmallow sauce on top. It seemed like the gal working doesn't know how to dip and made a mess and instead of remaking it, threw it all inside a cup and gave it to me. It was so gross and disappointing, and inedible. I was so shocked when it was handed to me and she immediately moved onto the next customer that I just left without saying anything.

I love a good soft serve & am nostalgic for dips - TurboCone is the perfect spot. I love their selection of soft serves (especially their pineapple whips!) & the dips. Definitely a great stop to enjoy a

I love a good soft-serve ice cream which is getting tougher to find. They also had some dairy-free options for my daughter.

Other than DQ and Ryan's, I don't have any memories of soft-serve in Charleston. But the transplants rave about the places back where they're from, and it's hard not to feel like I missed out on something truly wonderful. Then Turbo Cone shows up and instantly fills that anemoia with their catchy name, retro branding and simple options. The entire experience is a vibe, and it's hard not to fall in love. My favorite, oddly enough, is just the swirl (chocolate and vanilla) in a waffle cone. The flavor and texture make it; it's nothing fancy or decadent, but it's such a treat. Our son dips his in something different every time, and loves that as much as I love my swirl cone. They've got something for everyone. Thanks to the owners for sharing a piece of their childhood with us. I get the soft-serve thing now, and I'm grateful I'm able to make similar childhood memories with our son.

Go here if you want a yummy cold treat. Sooo good. I’ll say better than Dairy Queen or anywhere. Great prices too. Take your kids, your mom your GMA. It is to die for. You’ll be jonesing for it everyday after you have it. SOOOOO GOOOD

Ice cream is tasty and they have a variety of toppings, but they cheat you with the portion sizes. I ordered two small cups for $11 and they were barely filled halfway. They added a decent amount of toppings but it distorted how much ice cream they really gave. Would not return.

Soft serve is soft serve when it comes to the regular flavors but I am in love with the dairy free ones and the hurricones are so good!!! I never thought I’d love something as much or more than a good ole DQ blizzard and here we are.
Seems to be popular. Seemed just normal soft serve. However, there are several toppings I didn’t try. Can’t seem to get a banana split.

The only soft serve ice cream spot I know about in the are! I typically prefer hard scoop, but there's something about soft serve that takes me back to summer ice cream as a kid! They have your classic vanilla, chocolate or twist flavor as well as a dairy free option (I think sorbet). They do cup or cone and can also do swirls with toppings mixed in.

This is my absolute favorite place to get ice cream in Charleston. I love how you can get dairy free options and how there are so many different mix-ins for whatever mood you are in. The kids that work here really seem to have fun and care about their jobs. It’s just always a really good experience!
