My wife and I split the tater tot nachos for dinner and were quite impressed. There were a variety of items on the menu that we'd try out if we can ever go back. Delicious!

We decided on a late Saturday lunch at Workshop since we could safely sit outside and far enough away from other diners, and have a choice of eating places to choose from. I had the 8 inch classic Philly with French fries from South Philly Steaks, and the very tasty portions were quite large. We were also able to order beers from Edmunds Oast, which is very close by

This is the ideal place during Covid - outside, spaced tables. Plenty of options for food. However, washing your hands is a CRUCIAL aspect of every trip to the restroom & the women's restroom's water comes out scalding. It would also be great if they had hand sanitizing stations around. Overall, it's a good place to check out & support local businesses, but with a few improvements, it would be my number one go-to.

We tried the pretzels with beer cheese. There was so much salt on the pretzels they were hard to enjoy. We tried the buttered chicken which was very bland and the chicken ticca which was bland. I can’t speak for the other restaurants here, but we will not be coming back.

Fun atmosphere with eclectic foods and a wide variety of drinks! A great place to enjoy with friends, family or coworkers.

My wife and I had nearly everything on the food truck menu while visiting isle of palms. I'm not sure what's all going on with that pulled pork sandwich but it's amazing. I rarely use yelp but this deserves some acknowledgement.

Lunchtime on a Saturday turned out to be an excellent time to go to Workshop. Unlike our previous time on a Saturday evening, there was plenty of parking spaces, a lot of available inside seating and not as crowded. We all had the matzo ball soup at Julius Delicatessen, which contains a typical matzo ball but also contains noodles with an Asian fusion flavor. Very delicious and filling.

The space is fun, vibrant and has outdoor seating amongst several food stalls and a brewery, which conceptually sounds like a good time. However, the food places (we sampled a few - the Filipino food, tacos, etc.) were only mediocre. Cleanliness both in the indoor part of the space, as well as the restrooms, was not great and made it slightly less appealing. The brewery had some decent beers, but nothing was a standout. Beware - when you sit outside with food and drinks, you will get never-ending attacks by giant horseflies!!

Around 20 family members gathered at the Workshop during a recent wedding weekend and fun was had by all. I mainly purchased drinks (Singular session ale) and food (wings) from Edmund's Oast Brewing Company, which were excellent. Other family purchased burgers, fries, and other sandwiches from the food court places and there were few complaints. The outside tables allowed our large group to be together without causing a disturbance and the beautiful weather definitely helped. It was a great way to spend an afternoon.

I love this brilliant idea to have different chefs and different kitchen options to be tested before going into the real world in a large and luminous space inside and outside, great for families, child, pets and everyone else. And at a reasonable price.

Great food!! Tried the sun dried tomato pork sliders and the porchetta and it was awesome! And the fries were great. The staff was excellent and explained the menu thoroughly to us when we had trouble choosing what to get! I would definitely recommend to anyone!!!

What a great idea! Something for everyone to eat.. an adult food court! We had the Vietnamese and free reign. Delicious! Craft stands were cool.,.

Just had some creamy sausage pasta, and it was phenomenal! I’ll definitely seek them out again.

Amazing menu, best food truck I’ve ever had In Charleston. Don’t miss it.

I love the Southern cuisine I’ve sampled in Charleston, but the Cajun shrimp and grits at Roux in the Workshop food court was a welcome surprise. My husband loved his red beans and rice. We got great beer at the brewery in another building. I had Street Candy—the description seems weird, but sample it: unbelievable! My husband had a great porter.
