Extremely rude staff, my husband was grabbed by the collar for walking in the wrong room. The room was closed for a private event. Instead of telling my husband “excuse me sir” they grabbed him by the collar and pulled him back. He was sober and went the wrong way looking for the roof top bar. We were here for Sewe weekend and will not be back.
Got double charged, and they told us there’s “nothing we can do” and that it’s the “credit card’s problem.” Super rude, and not going back.
