Stopped into the new Verde location on Upper King to get my favorite salad, the Mesa Verde. This salad is incredible. Every single bite is bursting with flavor. Highly recommended!

We ordered a bowl with Hard Boiled Egg and Roasted Shrimp through Uber Eats. The bowl arrived; no egg or shrimp. Impossible to find an email address or other contact info. I'm hoping the shop sees this review and responds with some way to make this right.

I typically handle ordering for our office, and it’s frustrating that on multiple occasions, items have been missing. The inconsistent service, along with a lack of integrity and accountability, is disappointing.
They often blame DoorDash or the driver, even when they forget to include all the salads. They claim to have created the order twice, but we were never informed of such actions. As we waited for our food, it’s clear they need to improve their process. Having worked in the food industry, I recognize there is likely a weak link in their operation.
All DoorDash can do is offer a refund, which leaves one person without food. I cannot trust them for consistent service, especially when feeding a group of executives. It’s simply ridiculous.

Peeped the menu online before so I could move swiftly through the order line. They were out of two of the toppings I picked by 11am. Either way, was able to make a delicious salad to break up the gluttony of other King St. food choices. The girl who made my salad was sweet, the one doing inventory seemed to hate her life. It’s a to-go place with a few counter stool seats but over all not a place you stay and linger. Priced right, IMO.

The service was amazing and the food even better! I got the Buddha bowl and was conflicted on the best dressing to pair it with. The lady behind the counter then suggested her two favorite dressings and let me try them both. The bowl was extremely good and very filling. Service was prompt with virtually no wait time. I would definitely recommend!
