Ordered salads from this place two nights in a row. BOTH NIGHTS THEY SCREWED UP MY ORDER. Tonight, they left the chicken off the Southern Harvest salad, and shorted me a $5+ drink, a $1+ salad dressing, and sold me a salad that weighs about 3 ounces (see photo after salad dressing was removed) for more than $20. This was after my dasher had to wait 20 minutes for them to make my salad, which I had ordered 10 minutes BEFORE my dasher got there. That’s 30 minutes to make a salad, and they STILL GOT IT WRONG. To make matters worse, I called to speak with them and they won’t even answer their phone. Both nights, they also forgot to include utensils. Not even a napkin.
I highly recommend going elsewhere if you’re in the mood for a healthy, delicious salad. Maybe these folks are fine in-store, but if you order takeout from this place, you’re taking a huge risk on being very disappointed and ripped off. I will never give this place my business again after my last two experiences. They either don’t care, or they’re doing their best and it’s just second-rate and not good enough. How hard is a salad?

If you are looking for a good salad, go somewhere else because these salads are GREAT! I cannot believe i have lived here for so long and never ate in here. Absolutely delicious. And after taking the first bite of my Carolina Cobb salad with ranch dressing substituted and I added sweet potatoes, I was literally craving lunch for tomorrow so I could go back and get the same thing! The ladies working were so kind, had beautiful smiles, and were just so nice!!! Great customer service, told me about different specials that happen throughout there restaurants and I cannot wait to go back there and become a regular. It was so clean and the colors were so fun to walk in and see.

Today was a crazy day as Verde was launching the blackbird app. But the owner, Jennifer, made my salad and she was so attentive to my allergies and so patient with me even though it slowed her down on the busiest day. Thank you so much !!!

I was so excited to bring my coworkers here because every time I’ve gone in the past has been delicious, but we could barely eat our meal today. The lady drenched my salad in dressing so bad that there was a puddle of dressing at the bottom, which made the lettuce soggy. My coworker complained that the chicken looked weird and hers was also drenched in dressing. I also noticed that the chipotle lime vinaigrette tasted different than the past times I’ve gotten it and not in a good way; it had less flavor and was way saltier. I also noticed that the avocados were really mushy compared to in the past. It was also so cold in there that we could barely stand to be in there to eat. Really hoping management can get them back on track because I used to love this place.

I ordered buffalo cauliflower and there’s like two sprouts, if any. The falafel is rock hard. I ordered roasted sweet potatoes and I got three cubes, THREE. Also note how many pickled onions they gave me. This was $13 and I was willing to pay because this place is marketed as fresh, whole food. However, I could have gotten more bang for my buck at Chipotle. I’ve tried their other locations and the portions are always reasonable. Never coming back here.

If you are ever in the mood or craving for a delicious salad and tired of eating poorly for a day. This is the place to try. The build your own salad is where it’s at and it’s very filling. Even if you’re the type like me who can put down a 16” pizza. Order take out if you don’t feel like getting fancy for dinner. The food at this restaurant is amazing. So if you want to enjoy a great local restaurant this is the place to try out.

Parking: Parking in front has dedicated spots for pickup. More parking in back of building. Lunch parking gets busy!
If I’m going to pay $18 bucks for a salad at least remember to put the right ingredients in and don’t forget the bread. No one picks up the phone when trying to call.

I ordered a salad and it was half full. I’m vegan and gluten free asked for no bread and received two slices and the vinaigrette was chunky and curdled. Absolutely disgusting. This place is going down hill. I used to love this place. Never again

It's a cute little salad shop with decent space for eating there. I opted for a warm grain bowl and it was absolutely delicious. I am what people would consider a picky eater. I ate all of this with no complaints. They also allowed me to sub my protein.
Parking: Park behind the building. They have an entrance in the front of the building and behind. If you have a big vehicle you need to be mindful and probably park on the street.
