The food was decent. The waiter came by to ask about how we enjoyed the appetizer. It had not arrived. When it did it overlapped with the arrival of the entrees. I asked for some cheese for my pasta. I was half done before it arrived. The table next to us had a similar experience and we overheard them in a heated conversation with the manager.
Outstanding food, service and meal selections - salads, appetizers and all the way to the main course. Atmosphere was very quaint with a large upstairs if needed. Stairway and elevator present. The location is on a small quaint street (Hudson) always something going on like a band, snow making machines for the holidays and some freindly arts and craft vendors. Nice restuarant and location.
Restaurant was cold. Service was average, but only one waitress covering the 5 or 6 tables that were occupied. Food was average and overpriced for what it was. Very disappointed overall.
We both had a handmade pasta dish, and they were both delicious! The location is gorgeous with high ceilings, good looking furnishings and an outstanding waitstaff. We will go back for sure.
The food was basic Italian fare that was surprisingly below average. The bartender was excellent, but the table server was somewhat inattentive. The atmosphere is excellent. It is just a shame the food didn't live up to the ambience.
Vincent Chiccos has become our Christmas Eve tradition. Great food and service. Our server Taylor was excellent, she was very personable and attentive. Though we missed the Christmas decorations this year
We booked a reservation on open door which had 4.5 stars with lots of reviews , but Google has low score with reviews that were all over the place so we took a chance and I am GLAD we did! The service was wonderful! They were quick and efficient. The food was wonderful. Cheese tortellini was wonderful! Bruschetta was so good equal amount of balsamic vinegar with the goat cheese tomatoes Yum. My husband got the Nonna‘s Sunday pasta dish with all kinds of meat and he says the meat was tender. The sauce was delicious and perfect. I forgot to get photos of the main dishes since we started eating right away! Highly recommend this place!

The atmosphere and vibe are really wonderful. It's definitely a place I'd return to sit at the bar and have a glass of wine (or more) As far as the dining, unfortunately the booth seats were a bit uncomfortable and the table lopsided. It wasn't bad enough for things to spill, but enough that we had to be aware of it which is never something we want to be worrying about. Our server was notified but then forgot. The food was just okay, but what is really worth noting is the atmosphere. Everyone was really kind and it was a very warm place to be.
Everything we ate was excellent. Very speedy service, almost could have slowed it down. Overall great restaurant in a cute little alley I'd never visited in my 4 years in Charleston
We chose Vincent Chico's for it's classical Italian focus, we were not disappointed. We were seated promptly despite being a bit early for our reservation, and the Server arrived for our drink order in moments. The menu was informative creating a challenge only because we had to finally choose just one appetizer, one entree and one dessert each, but I will acknowledge that we occasionally share a bit. The food did not disappoint. Skillfully prepared, promptly delivered at a good temperature with delightful presentation each item added to the overall experience.

The branzino with roasted fingerling potatoes and roasted brussel sprouts was delicious as was Nonna’s pasta with pork and sausage. All portions are HUGE. We could have easily shared a dish. Our server was very informative, friendly, and attentive.

First time here and didn't realize it was even here but the food and recommendations from the waiter were excellent!
Food is excellent!! Environment beautiful and such a great value and large portions for a downtown Charleston establishment. Service was lacking though last night. Our server was very slow, took forever to get our drinks, and he forgot a couple things we asked for. He was very nice and was definitely trying, but these are things we are spending good money on. We LOVE this restaurant - ever dish is superb!
The braised ribs were delicious. My husband had home made pasta and chicken parm. It was not the best we have had but overall good. Apps were very good. Lobster bisque and caprese salad. Very good. Service was good and ambiance was nice. Worth the trip.
We all enjoyed our meals at Vincent Chicco's last night! The portions were generous and the service was outstanding. The short ribs melt in your mouth!
