The lady is always so nice and with a really pretty smile always ask about my day I recommend this place. Foods really good so if your a college student like me this is the best place to cool off!

Flaming brown sugar milk tea: way too many pearls though they had a good flavor, more so than most other places. Didn't compensate for the tea itself which was diluted and weak.

The staff is friendly and the bobba and teas are top notch! Come to Vivi if you want a variety of flavors! Snacks are also delicious if you're in the mood to munch on something as well!

some of the best boba i’ve had in a while! the man that was working seemed a bit overwhelmed since a lot of people came in at the same time, but he thanked us for being patient and the wait was so worth it!

I like everything here but the quality sometime is not consistent. Specially leveled of sugar. Staffs are friendly. Always my number 1 stop when i’m in downtown area for boba tea , chicken popcorn.
Good Boba but their bathroom has been “out of order” for the last 2 years. Crazy they won’t allow paying customers to use the restroom.

Great sizes and flavor variety, but I wish you had more of a selection as to the % of sweetness and % of ice you wanted in the tea. It's just a little too sweet for me, other than that, it's another great place to get tea.

Great Bubble Tea Spot! Their bubble teas were outstanding and the customer service by the ladies was on point! The Flaming Brown Sugar & Taro Crème Brûlée Milk Tea tastes delicious! A+++

Was quite long (10 min) to get the order, and the staff could be more welcoming, but they were still nice enough to share samples to taste, and the result was good. Inside is quite interesting.
