I’ve seen all the crazy videos. While nothing crazy happened here, I don’t know why I thought this food was going to be any good. It wasn’t. I think what’s even worse is you can see them making it for you. It was very unappetizing, sometimes you don’t want to see how the sausage is made. Will never ever ever go back to a waffle house. Our server was nice. That was the highlight. IHOP for life.

Service was HORRENDOUS, came in about 1:45pm on a Saturday, waited over 30 minutes just for order to be taken after asking multiple times to be served. Restaurant was dirty, staff was extremely disorganized and arguing with each other. The only two pleasant employees there were a pregnant young lady named Diamond and Greg. Everyone else needs a crash course in customer service. This experience was a nightmare, we ended up leaving and going elsewhere.

Super busy, full to the brim, still got my food hot and in a reasonable time frame. I was alone this trip so that does make it easier. And this was in the midst of a full restaurant plus a surprise walk-in 9-top. They hustle and grind and do an amazing job ans Waffle House should give them all raises. 19 Oct 2025 around 11am. Seriously, make sure to pay these people they deserve it.

Old white dude cussing the employee out bc he had to wait like 2 minutes then yelling slurs in the parking lot. Employees handled it well and still brought me my choccy milk :) corporate can we pls get some marinara in waffle houses thx

Small restaurant, many different breakfast choices! Amazing atmosphere, super nice wait staff, overall best experience I have had with a breakfast place while visiting Charleston. 100% recommend! Will come back if visiting the area again. Food was wonderful, peanut butter and chocolate waffle was to die for! It was my aunt’s birthday and the waitresses went all out and played a birthday song and everyone in the restaurant cheered and by coincidence a “regular” customer paid for our party of 6’s meal. Overall best experience :) Thank you all for an amazing last day in the area! I’d give you all 100 stars for a rating and a hug! You are the best ❤️

I travel a lot for work and unfortunately that means road food. When I have to work over into the AM, a lot of times nothing is open but Waffle House. So this means I have eaten at a great deal of them. But I got to say this one has always been one of my favorites. Always friendly, food is always on point, and of course it has that waffle House atmosphere. 🦈💙
