I called this Wendy’s to ask a simple question and they hung up on me. Now they will not answer their phone. I usually go there about two to three times a month. I do not think I will be visiting in the future.

Just left your establishment severely irritated at how carelessly your employee acted. I arrived in your drive thru at 12:43 after a long day at work and sat there until 12:50 at the speaker with no interaction. Finally said hello?, and i heard something faint come across the speaker. So we asked the person to repeat themselves and they didn’t say a word. So i said hello 3 more times with no response as i see the lady standing in the window.
